Relax here in complete peace and quiet amidst stunning nature! You'll see the White Mountains, the Akrotiri Peninsula, and gaze out over the sea – a truly magnificent panorama! Here, you can unwind!
The modern villa was built from natural stone and has 70 cm thick exterior walls, offering unique living comfort! Cool in the summer and warm in the colder seasons.
The villa's architecture provides stunning sea views from all rooms and bathrooms.
The ground floor features a large living room, dining area, kitchen, and a guest toilet with a washing machine. The living room is fully equipped with satellite TV, stereo, Wi-Fi, and more. The fully equipped kitchen leaves nothing to be desired.
On the first floor, there are two bedrooms with two en-suite bathrooms with natural light. The first bedroom is furnished with a double bed, the second with two single beds that can be joined together. The adjoining daylight bathrooms each have a large accessible shower. Both bedrooms have a balcony or terrace. Enjoy the stunning view of the blue Mediterranean Sea even from your bed. In front of the kitchen is a permanently covered terrace with seating. In front of the living room is the approximately 19 m long pergola. Enjoy breakfast on this terrace, furnished with comfortable furniture, with an unbeatable sea view!
Relax on the spacious terrace surrounding the approximately 50 sq m infinity pool.
Here is also the shaded pool deck with comfortable lounge furniture and sun loungers! Next to the pool is the exclusive whirlpool with breathtaking views of the sea. You can show off your grilling skills at the brick outdoor grill.
You can park your car under the shaded carport.
The villa stands on a plot of over 2,000 square meters, and the garden area is landscaped in Mediterranean style.
Villa Lofos is fully equipped. Bed linen, towels, bath towels, tea towels, hairdryer, iron... everything is provided.
For stays of more than 7 nights, a mid-stay cleaning is included.
The villa has no heating and can be heated with the wood-burning stove and AC during the cooler seasons.
The pool is not in use from December to the end of March.
The minimum stay from December 1st to March 31st is 21 nights.
The minimum stay from April 1st to May 21st is 7 nights.
From April 1st to November 6th All additional costs are included in the rental price.
Check-in time is 2:00 PM, check-out time is 10:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out can be booked subject to availability.

Das Haus liegt auf einem großen Grundstück ca. 15 Autominuten von Rethymnon entfernt auf einem Hügel ( Villa Lofos = Villa Hügel ) mit
einem tollen Blick auf die Weißen Berge und aufs Meer. Zur Begrüßung gab
es vom Vermieter Obst, Süßigkeiten, Wasser und eine Flasche Weisswein auf Kosten des Hauses.
Die beiden Schlafzimmer mit jeweils eigenen Bädern sind im Obergeschoss
gelegen, Wohnzimmer, Esszimmer, große Küche und ein weiteres WC im
Erdgeschoss. 3 Fernseher mit deutschen Programmen waren vorhanden, die wir aber nur selten nutzten, denn wer will im Sommer auf Kreta fernsehen?
Weitaus häufiger nutzten wir den großen Infinitypool oder, besonders am Abend, den Whirlpool oder den Grill.
Es machte eine Freude, auf der Terrasse sitzend, bei einem Gläschen Wein
die kretische Landschaft zu genießen.
Wir wurden zu Beginn des Urlaubs von den Verwaltern des Hauses freundlich begrüßt, die uns auch alle Fragen beantworteten und uns auch während unseres Urlaubs tel. zur Verfügung standen und uns Tipps gaben.
Ein Ordner im Haus wies auf Tavernen und Sehenswürdigkeiten in der näheren Umgebung hin. WLan funktionierte tadellos.
Wir haben uns in diesem sehr sauberen und ruhigen Haus sehr wohl gefühlt und werden im Sommer 2019 wiederkommen!
