Casa Geneva is a gem! Eye appealing from every angle!! Experience beauty and grace in this architecturally designed, spacious, yet intimate, home named for our 90 year old mother. This one bedroom, one bath home is simply elegant in design and furnishing while giving comfort and tranquility.
Inside, relax in elegant comfort. Or, outside, have your pick of appealing patios -- use one for breakfast, one for an afternoon snooze or one for reading. End your day stretched out on the built-in, cushioned sectional couch perfectly integrated into the large roof deck. Then watch, with drink in hand, as the sun drops over the rim of the Pacific Ocean in a green flash. The end to a perfect day.
The home's open kitchen/dining/ high ceiling living room w/wood burning fireplace is light and airy. Mature gardens garnish the many outside living/garden spaces. All patios are furnished with wrought iron, Sunbrella padded and comfy furniture. There are framed views of the sea from the living room windows and expansive ocean views from the roof deck
Casa Geneva is on a quiet and lovely calle (street) in a residential area of Todos Santos called Las Tunas, two miles from town, and is nestled among other one-of-kind designed homes -- yet is only a field away from the majestic Pacific where you can walk for miles, undisturbed, almost in solitude, serenaded by spouting gray and humpback whales.

We had an amazing stay at Casa Geneva. The place is clean, well-equipped, and in an amazing location walking distance to the beach. The garden is truly stunning, and there are ample spots to sit outside and relax. The rooftop has beautiful views of the ocean and is perfect for watching the sunset. Janelle and Tony were kind hosts -- always available if we needed anything, but never intrusive. We'll definitely be back next time we're in Todos.

The plays feels like a wonderful Carmel by the Sea cottage and is perfect for a couple. We have wondered by this place with its unique gardens on previous vacations and finally got to stay in it. We stayed for the month of January 2024 and loved it. It has beautiful outdoor areas - quiet shady spots when you want to read a book or nap, several places to stretch out in the sun and a most wonderful roof deck, with loungers, tables and seating areas for morning coffee, gorgeous sunsets, whale and bird watching. It has full living room, dining room, well equipped kitchen, laundry facilities and great wifi. Tony and Janelle are excellent and interesting hosts - we will be back

If you’re looking for an elegant casita in Todos Santos - look no further.
The home is perfectly appointed and situated in one of the best neighborhoods in TS.

Casa Geneva is beautiful and comfortable, and the furnishings/facilities provide everything required for a short stay. The outside gardens, terraces and roof terrace are particularly inviting, with different exposures in relation to sun, heat, etc. providing excellent outdoor settings for different levels of heat and times of day. The location of the house with a 10 minute walk to the beach is fine for beach-going, but as a 10 minute drive to the town center, and a shorter drive to shops/restaurants, including some bumpy dirt roads, not ideal if you want to go back and forth during the day.
