About this house rental

This is wonderful one bedroom house, perfect for your next getaway. Its located west of the trail within walking distance to Starbucks and other stores and restaurants. Its century located between the two brides to Siesta Beach also 5 minutes away from downtown and other attractions. Mid Century Gem.
In the back there is a patio for your convenience with a barbecue and chairs. You have welcome to park in the driveway that has a covered porch.

Quiet street in quiet neighborhood. I appreciated not being trapped in car by beachfront traffic & drawbridges just to run for food & supplies. Right by Trader Joe’s & an excellent German bakery. We drove down to Venice mostly bc we liked those beaches for shelling & shark toothing… the house was inviting & everything worked. Comfortable. The property mgr was kind & helpful & easy to text. I’d stay here again. It’s not beachfront but it’s nice to not feel touristy trapped.The

The property was nice and clean. We were surprised of all the amenities in the cottage. Due to the exstream heat we were unable to go to any of the surrounding shops and beaches. We stayed in for the most part. It made our getaway from home pleasant with everything the cottage had to offer. This stay was better than a stay in a hotel. Thank you for a very nice place to stay.
