The recently refurbished condo has a cozy studio layout with all the essentials. Sleep soundly on the queen-size bed or the futon, and freshen up in the full private bathroom. Whip up quick snacks and reheat leftovers with a microwave and mini-fridge. A coffeemaker ensures mornings start smoothly, and you can get some fresh air on the small balcony.

Evenings may be best spent cuddling by the gas fire and watching a movie on the flatscreen cable TV. WiFi is available for browsing and uploading photos. In total, this condo will accommodate four guests and your dogs (please note a small, nightly pet fee).

With only three stairs leading to the front door of this first-level condo, it may be a great choice for anyone with limited mobility.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
