About this cottage rental
The Resting Nest is a charming 2 bedroom 2 bath cottage located in beautiful Grand Beach. Just steps from the beach, this cottage is the perfect place to create beautiful memories with family and friends all summer long. Located just two blocks to the playground, golf course, tennis/basketball courts and a short drive to other activities such as restaurants, wineries, breweries and shopping.
*You must be at least 27years to book and provide a copy of your driver`s license at time of booking.
Your code will be given 24 hrs in advance.
Guest have access to entire home, however the garage is not available to our guests.
Grand Beach is a golf cart community for those 21 years of age and older with a valid drivers license. Please reach out to find out how you can rent one for your stay.
Pool is open Memorial Day Weekend through end of September.
No parties-no bachelor, no bachelorette, no prom parties
Must be at least 28yrs or older to book

We really enjoyed our stay! It was a perfect place for our family of 4 with the pool and the beach being so close. Gina was very nice and helpful. We will definitely be back!

Such a great house for our family. We love the pool and close to the beach. The house is stocked with all the things you could need to cook and grill. Close to lots of restaurants too.We have stayed at this home twice and plan to be back

This was the second time our family (2 adults, 3 kids) has stayed at this house. We absolutely love the property and the location. The house is super cute & clean and the pool is lovely. Gina is great & very responsive. We're aleady talking about our return trip again next summer!!
