Not only is this home fully equipped with all dishes, cookware, toaster, coffee pot, coffee grinder, blender & cooking utensils, towels / linens, but the décor is warm, comfortable and inviting. For your convenience a washer and dryer are provided.

Enjoy New Buffalo Public Lake Michigan Beach which is a short 3 miles away. New Buffalo Public Beach, Michigan City Public Beach, Mount Baldy, Silver Beach & Warren Dunes State Park are all open to the public, and highly recommended with inexpensive parking fees. There's so much to do in the area. PLEASE NOTE: Due to erosion, The Private Association "Sun Set Beach" may Not be useable. ** As of March18, 2023 Sunset Beach is useable, you must climb stairs to use.
We are conveniently located 3 miles from downtown New Buffalo. 1 mile from Grand Beach golf course, 2 miles from Whittaker Woods golf course. 7 miles from Blue Chip Casino, Four Winds Casino Is about 5 miles. We are located 60 miles from Chicago. 30 miles from South Bend Notre Dame. Amtrak stops in New Buffalo 3 miles from the house. The South Shore train stops in Michigan City, about 8 miles from the house. An easy day trip.

New Buffalo has a slower relaxed pace in late fall and winter. We rent throughout the year. Fall and winter can be a very beautiful and relaxing time to take a break. The fall colors can be amazing. Many restaurants offer discounts. Winters can be an absolute gorgeous, serene winter wonderland. This is really the best time to kick back, relax and take some much-needed time for yourself!
