Top-Lage in unmittelbarer Nähe von Fußgängerzone & Strand. Strandkorb auf dem sehr großen Balkon, Fahrstuhl im Haus - gut geeignet für Senioren. Reservierter Parkplatz direkt vor dem Haus

Toller Strandkorb auf dem großen Balkon. „Immer“ Sonne. Alles in der Nähe und doch sehr ruhig. Guter und einfacher Kontakt mit den verantwortlichen Personen um kleine Fragen zu klären.
Das Klobecken ist eine Fehlkonstruktion des Herstellers und hätte nicht in den Verkehr gebracht werden dürfen. Keine Spülung ist erfolgreich! Das ist Wasserverschwendung! Dieser Mangel passt nicht in die Wohnung. Im LIGHTHOUSE kann man ein funktionierendes System sehen. Im WATT‘n Huus das gleiche System: funktioniert auch nicht!
