Treibholz House - Vacation Apartment for Up to 4 People

From your private parking space, you’ll find yourself right in the entrance area of the “Haus Treibholz” apartment building. From there, an elevator takes you to the vacation apartment on the 1st floor. Newly renovated in 2021, the apartment features lovingly furnished interiors that create a warm and inviting atmosphere.
A bright hallway welcomes you with a modern coat rack and access to all the rooms. With two bedrooms, the vacation apartment accommodates four people. The master bedroom features an en suite bathroom with a shower and access to the sunny south-facing balcony. Both bedrooms are furnished with a high-quality double box-spring bed (180 x 200). The beds feature under-bed storage, so you can stow your suitcases for the duration of your vacation. Both bedrooms have wall-mounted flat-screen TVs for your personal viewing pleasure.
Another bathroom with natural light features a large, comfortable walk-in shower with a low threshold and a heated towel rack. A modern, separate, open-concept kitchen also includes a dining area, a dishwasher, a ceramic cooktop, a filter coffee maker, and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment. The heart of the apartment is the cozy living room. A beautiful dining area, a comfortable sofa set, and a large flat-screen TV complete the living space. From here, you can also step out onto the spacious, sunny south-facing balcony, which is furnished with high-quality balcony furniture. Here, you can enjoy relaxing evenings with your loved ones over a glass of wine.

A washing machine and dryer (for a fee) are available in the basement. The vacation rental has its own parking space next to the building.

Centrally located—easily accessible and only about 140 m from the dike—Haus Treibholz features a unified interior design concept. With its modern design and cozy charm, the house offers plenty of comfort for a successful and relaxing vacation. The popular Alleestraße, with its numerous shopping options, restaurants, and cafés, is just a few minutes’ walk away. You can also conveniently reach the completely renovated and modernized “Meerzeit Büsum” water park—a wave pool with a spa—and the “Watt ’n Hus” visitor information center in about 3 minutes on foot. Several bakeries, the medical center, and the weekly market—which takes place on Tuesdays and Fridays during the season—provide a variety of amenities in the immediate vicinity.
