You’re right at the waterfront when you make Point Brittany 5 the site of your St. Petersburg, Florida, getaway. Right off your screened lanai you will probably see dolphins cavorting in the water. Or, drive just three miles and you can sink your toes into the silky sands of St. Petersburg’s award-winning beaches. Vacation doesn’t get any better than this!
Villa on Point Brittany 5 is a two-bedroom, two-bathroom, air-conditioned residence that sleeps four comfortably. From the moment you cross the threshold, you’ll feel right at home. The open concept floor plan and comfortable furniture invite you to settle in and relax. There is a flat-screen TV with cable and free Wi-Fi for your convenience. Best of all, step through the wall of glass sliders and out onto your screened lanai. It’s the perfect cozy place to enjoy an evening cocktail or morning cup of joe as you take in the lovely plants and lapping waters beyond your door.
The dining area is just beyond the main living area and is connected by a pass-through bar to the kitchen. Villa on Point Brittany 5’s kitchen includes everything you need to prepare and serve great meals. There are also plenty of cabinets where you can store food you buy at the nearby grocery. However, chances are, you’ll want to spend many evenings dining at St. Petersburg’s superb restaurants. You can be downtown in just 5 minutes!
The two large bedrooms include a king-sized bed in the master and a queen-sized bed in the guest bedroom. Each bedroom has a wall-mounted TV, plenty of closet space, and private access to the lanai through sliding glass doors. Imagine the fun of slipping out after dark to listen to the water lap on the dock just steps from your villa’s lanai. What could be more restful? Each bedroom also has its own bathroom. One bedroom has a generously sized walk-in shower and the other is outfitted with a shower/tub combination. G

It is obvious they the owners care about their condo and keep it clean and modern. I rented elsewhere last year and although the location was ideal - it was not carefully taken care of - I had multiple problems

Enjoyed our stay at the villas. Our condo was clean and well stocked. The pool is close and Huge! We used the hot tub every day. Only complaint , our condo was on the end right next to the road. We knew this was the case as it was clearly pictured. We got the impression that most folks were owners with very few renting. This may be why they insisted about so much information (including doing a background check) before renting to us. All 4 of us (snowbirds) liked the location, so we are going back! Different condo away from the road.

We loved the property and the grounds were very well maintained. The pool was fantastic We were disappointed that the reservation department never returned our request to reserve this same condominium for next year.

Very nice condo in a great location. Back patio overlooks the water with lots of boat and people watching. There is a small store that’s a 3 minute walk that has a great assortment of food and wine. And St Pete beach is 10 minutes down the road. We definitely recommend this condo!
