Our three story building is located on Isla Del Sol and its central location allows you to enjoy a vacation bursting with fun filled activities, exciting entertainment, gourmet dining, fantastic shopping, and more. The location was perfect for us on Isla del Sol. Very convenient to both the barrier islands and the mainland. There were a few mechanical hiccups during our stay but were resolved quickly by the maintenance crew. Pool was nice as well as the hot tub. We would definitely stay here again.

My husband and I really enjoyed our time at this great condo. Loved sitting on the balcony watching the sunrise and people out enjoying the water. Even saw several dolphins in the bay. The condo is very well appointed - the kitchen had everything we needed and there were plenty of nice towels and beach towels. Owner was very responsive when we had questions. Would definitely stay here again.

Condo has not been updated in some time. Pics do not show multiple stains on carpet, old cabinetry and appliances. There were holes in beach towels and no appropriate beach chairs. Most were broken, ripped, rusty or just plain old. Seems host didn’t really care about the comfort of the guests as I asked for replacements and no return correspondence to my request. Balcony with great views but furniture on its last legs and not comfortable at all. Would not stay at this condo again but would rent another in the complex.
