Amazing property, perfect for a couple and our small dog. We could easily walk to the beach, just one street away beach access. The apartment itself was a great size. Everything we needed in the kitchen in terms of pans, utensils to make meals. The bed was super comfy, water pressure in the shower great. There was also an umbrella and chairs for our beach days! We didn’t end up using the pool bc the weather was so great for the beach, but it looked great. The only thing was you do need to bring your own shampoo/condition/body wash if you are staying for an extended time. There wasn’t enough provided to cover washing after long beach days four days in a row. Overall, great communication, easy check-in, and awesome location with walkable food and coffee at Kookaburra (our favorite) made this a great stay!

Nice property, nice location. We were fortunate to meet the owner; she was very accommodating and professional. She told us 2 bicycles are available as part of our stay (also listed in the original property offering). She also told us of beach chairs available for renters, which we used! Location is fantastic and apartment nicely appointed. Definitely recommend for St. Augustine stays. The ability to walk to the beach is fantastic. Maintenance team should pay closer attention to “the details;” there were several lightbulbs “out” (we tightened them), the shower required 2-hands to not get too hot water! The bathroom faucet has one handle that was too loose. Bedroom fan had a very loud hum, so we didn’t use that fan at all-that was disappointing. Having met the owner, we are sure she would not consider that acceptable. Last 2 issues are simply a matter of “the details.” Original ad says apartment is “ocean facing.” It isn’t. We didn’t care, but some folks would. Lastly, the original ad lists bicycles available for use. When I informed the prop manager, she told us “Oh, I’ll take that out of the ad”, and where we could RENT bikes (at $25-$30/day x2). She should have offered to resolve that; not “remove it from the ad.” But bikes were originally listed, so that didn’t “solve” it for us. We were reluctant to post this as the owner clearly cares about her guests stay. I believe she will make these things right, expecting her support team to resolve these small issues.
