About this house rental
Located on Main Street in downtown Lake Geneva, this former bland office building has undergone a ground up restoration that will sleep 20 with 9 bedrooms (one in the Sunroom) and 7-1/2 bathrooms. Architecturally edgy, contemporary and laugh-out-loud design throughout. Great shared gathering spaces will make the most of your time with friends and family. The interior showcases a mix of industrial design, comfortable furnishings and flea market finds. The large open concept dining area has 16 ft. of dining space, making it easy for a large group to mingle and entertain. The spacious, fully stocked kitchen has 2 refrigerators to accommodate your groceries easily. Sit in comfort on 3 deep leather sofas around the 65 inch HD Flat screen smart TV. Each bedroom has a signature style of it's own, offering the highest level of comfort and privacy. Top of the line mattresses, pillows and luxurious linens throughout. When you are ready to escape the group, each bedroom has a large HD flat screen TV. Six of the nine bedrooms feature ensuite bathrooms (the remaining three bedrooms share a bath). Each bathrooms features a rain shower head and one of a kind furnishings. Hair dryers, shampoo and body wash are provided in each.
Enjoy the great outdoors on the two large decks overlooking a wetland preserve and park or party in the private courtyard.
Leave all your worries about driving and parking behind when you stay at The Downtowner. Your favorite restaurants, shopping and everything that magical Lake Geneva has to offer is a short walk away. Disclaimer- Being centrally located to the downtown means that you will hear some traffic noise. There is also a bar/restaurant next door with an outdoor courtyard. If you are looking for total peace and quiet, this may not be the right fit for you. White noise machines provided for your sleeping comfort.

I booked this property for a bachelorette party and everyone had a great time! It is in the perfect location for being able to walk to everything, which was perfect for a large group! The kitchen/living room space was perfect for all the girls to hang out together and play games. Parking is very limited, but there is a free lot nearby that we were able to utilize as well.

We had a wonderful time celebrating our birthdays in Lake Geneva. The location of the downtownern was ideal for the activities we had planned. The host was very responsive when we had concerns.

GREAT LOCATION IN DOWNTOWN LAKE GENEVA A SHORT WALK TO ALL OF THE MAIN ATTRACTIONS !! ROOMS ARE SPACIOUS WE HAD A PRIVATE CHEF LOTS OF KITCHEN SPACE AND SEATING . TISH THE PROPERTY MANAGER IS VERY ATTENTIVE

We loved our time at the Downtowner. The rustic modern style was really fun, the rooms were cute and comfortable, and the kitchen was amazing!
