There is plenty of room to spread out for a group of up to fourteen. In the carriage house, you will find two levels in total consisting of two bedrooms, a full bathroom, and a fully-equipped kitchen. Day beds in the entryway and king bedroom provide two additional sleeping spots for guests to allow for a total occupancy of six. Our family of 17 rented this property for a week. The location is amazing close to the beach, town and so many things we wanted to do. The beds were comfortable and we had enough space for all the family. It would be nice if the property had beach chairs and a beach umbrella. If you fly which some of us did you can’t bring those things with you. They did provide us with beach towels which was great. Overall the property was wonderful and we had a wonderful week. One suggestion would be to add some comfortable outdoor furniture so we could utilize the deck space. There is a great grill which we enjoyed. However the propane tank was empty so we purchased one. Thank you for a week of happy family memories.

Rented entire home and carriage house for friends birthday weekend. Was excellent location, walking distance to shops and restaurants. Home had everything we needed and ample space for our group. Sufficient parking at residence. No complaints

We’ve stayed here for three years in a row and the location is fabulous, the process of getting in and out of the property is seamless, and the accommodations are clean lovely!

We had a wonderful time at this beautiful home. The location was perfect and within walking distance to the town of Lake Geneva, the lake and steps from a fantastic farmer’s market on Thursday mornings. The thing that stands out is their responsiveness. If we needed to reach out with a question, it was responded to almost immediately. We highly recommend this beautiful home!
