Occupancy Rules:
*Min age to rent any property is 25. If you, the credit card holder- person signing the contract- and person responsible for the reservation, rents this house and are not 25, we will cancel the booking and you will not get a refund, no exceptions, you MUST be 25 or older.
*Per county rules: Weddings are NOT allowed of any kind or size, on the property or at the house. You will be shut down immediately and will lose the security deposit and will be subject to more fines.
*You are only allowed 8 people at any time at the house. This includes any dinners or gatherings you may have.
*Please help us to keep our home a vacation rental. NOISE ORDINANCE 9pm to 8am DAILY and is very strict in this neighborhood.
* Fireworks, wood fire pits, and charcoal BBQ's are illegal in the Lake Tahoe Basin.
**Parking: 5 cars allowed at house at any time. There is no street parking per county and fire safety rules. Pursuant to DCC 20.622.040 (D) (6) Failure to park in the designated parking spaces and/or display the parking permit may result in a citation and fine of $500 to the responsible party or person of the vehicle. You must display the parking pass in vehicles during your stay. They are in the rental house.
*Please be prepared for winter driving conditions as we are above 7k feet in elevation, and we do get snow.

The house was in a great location and was very nice. We enjoyed the hot tub and hanging out by the fireplace. It was stocked with the basics like dish soap, hand soap, dishwasher detergent, and one hair dryer, but no laundry detergent.

House was a great fit for our group size size and had a nice amount of parking. Location is nice and off busy streets but still close. Kitchen had a nice amount of dishes to use. We also enjoyed the use of the hot tub and pool table. I will note the host wasnt as proactive in communication as I would have liked and there was some mixed info such as needing parking passes and/or how to use hottub. I also wished I had realized there was only 1 dish pod and no soaps in shower. I also had a small issue with initial registration that I dont share my husbands last name so the card didnt match, ended up being fine but a bit of a hassle for stuff they were managing outside of VRBO. Would recommend but just wasnt as smooth as it could have been.

This property charges you significantly on cleaning fees but doesn't provide a clean house when you check-in. In my opinion, it is expensive for what they provide.
There was no shampoo, not enough paper towels and the dishes were greasy and stinky.
