Enjoy comfort, style, and plenty of space in this sunny 4BR/3BA Granite Springs retreat. Newly updated with a fully remodeled kitchen, gorgeous new hardwood floors, and plush new carpet, this 2,432 sq. ft. home is perfect for families and groups.
The open-concept main level features a stunning kitchen, inviting dining area, and bright living room. Also on this floor is a queen bedroom with TV and a convenient full bath.
Upstairs, the luxurious master suite is a true escape — complete with a king bed, twin trundle, fireplace, TV, walk-in closet, private deck, and a spa-like custom shower. Two additional bedrooms include a bunk room with four twins and another queen room with a TV, plus a shared full bath.

*Min age to rent any property is 25. If you, the credit card holder- person signing the contract- and person responsible for the reservation, rents this house and are not 25, we will cancel the booking and you will not get a refund, no exceptions, you MUST be 25 or older.
*Per county rules: Weddings are NOT allowed of any kind or size, on the property or at the house. You will be shut down immediately and will lose the security deposit and will be subject to more fines.
*You are only allowed 10 persons at any time at the house. This includes any diners or gatherings you may have.
*Please help us to keep our home a vacation rental. NOISE ORDINANCE 9pm to 8am DAILY and is very strict in this neighborhood.
* Fireworks, wood fire pits, and charcoal BBQ's are illegal in the Lake Tahoe Basin.
*Parking: 4 cars allowed at house at any time. There is no street parking per county and fire safety rules. Pursuant to DCC 20.622.040 (D) (6) Failure to park in the designated parking spaces and/or display the parking permit may result in a citation and fine of $500 to the responsible party or person of the vehicle. You must display the parking pass in both vehicles during your stay. They are located in the rental house.
*Please be prepared for winter driving conditions as we are above 7k feet in elevation, and we do get snow.

The house was great. We had some trouble checking in day 1, but once that was resolved it was a great stay.

The property manager was more than helpful.
The vacation rental was very clean.
I was more than happy with the location.
I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental.

This was a large vacation home in stateline and our third weekend in Tahoe for the ski season. It was probably in the fine print but we were disappointed that there were no toiletries for the guests. Every other vacation home we had rented in Tahoe had provided them. So we had to make a run to the grocery store for body wash/shampoo. There was also no laundry detergent. These are small things but it made the entire experience feel a bit lacking. The messages and rules posted had an attitude of general annoyance towards guests. We are usually really respectful guests and take care of vacation homes like we would our own. We didn’t feel very welcome in this one.
