We had a wonderful experience booking through Maui Westside. Every thing we needed was provided for in the unit. A few things popped up on our trip and the staff were responsive and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The unit is clean and comfortable and there is a peek a boo ocean view from the deck. We will definitely return!

The unit was fully equipped, clean and we loved the location. The 10th floor gave us a view of the mountains and the ocean. It was almost perfect with two exceptions. These seem to be building issues
There is no towel service so we washed towels almost daily. The Bosch ventless dryer takes at least 2 hours to dry a load of towels. Plan for it. Get at least two uses out of the towels provided.
The AC system is basically controlled from one bedroom. For the entire unit to be cooled, all bedroom doors must remain open. Management was very responsive. They sent someone to “fix it” but it didn’t improve. Being near the elevator was convenient. This didn’t bother us but it can be heard.

We loved it! The condo was super clean. It had everything we needed and was very comfortable. The view was awesome! We loved the pools, jacuzzi’s as well as the barbecue areas. The beach was so easy to get to and was great for snorkeling or swimming and boogie boarding. Would stay there again for sure.
