This gorgeous oversized 1315 sq ft ground floor home with 11 ft ceilings boasts a prime courtyard location in the interior of Konea Tower. Enjoy the sought after ground floor location with a partial ocean view right from the patio area with convenient access to the pools, beach, and BBQs. The oversized, adjacent outdoor living space and lawn area effectively doubles your private lanai space.
The suite can accommodate up to eight guests with one king-sized bed in the primary bedroom, two queen-sized beds in the guest bedroom, and a queen-size convertible sofa in the living room. The unit has been recently updated with new flooring, beds, a sofa, and a wall-mounted smart 75'' TV.
Konea 105 affords a perfect opportunity to gather, reconnect, and celebrate. We encourage you to express your culinary creativity in the well-appointed kitchen. The space is fully equipped with stainless steel Bosch appliances and granite countertops, and we have provided every appliance & utensil to prepare the perfect meal or refreshment... just bring the ingredients. The property was very nice and clean, and the beds were comfortable. I have back issues and was able to sleep well throughout our stay. The two large bathrooms with double sinks, showers, and a tub were incredibly convenient for our family of seven.Check-in was easy, and the complimentary valet was a pleasant surprise. The staff were very responsive whenever we needed supplies—they even lent us a rice cooker, which we truly appreciated. The dryer was out of service, which was initially concerning, but the staff helped with our laundry daily, and it turned out to be a great blessing.Pool chairs were limited and could be hard to find. The beach in front of the property was rocky, so we walked toward the Westin each day, carrying our beach chairs and other items, having a wagon available would have been helpful.Overall, it was a great experience, and we highly recommend this unit.

It was pretty good overall, but online listing description was inaccurate. We had to be transferred to a different unit. The balcony was blocked off and was not accessible.

Our family (2 adults & 2 teens) stayed for a week in April in Konea 105 at Honua Kai Resort in Kaanapali, Maui.
The unit is beautiful and spacious. The ground level location was perfect for easy access to/from the pools, beach, main lobby and coffee shop. No waiting for elevators or walking a long way to anywhere. The quiet pool was literally a few steps away.
We were happily surprised by how quiet the unit is. The only issue we had was parking. The unit does not have a dedicated spot and finding parking can be tricky. We had to park quite a ways away a couple of times. We got used to that though and walking in the beautiful weather is not much of a hardship..
