About this apartment rental
Most of the building has been remolded since the hurricanes but the POOL is NOT open at this time. Construction is still going on. What it does offer is a beautiful sunrise from your PRIVATE balcony. Just steps away from the beach.

Clean oceanfront condo. Two queen beds, 1 queen/murphy ( orthopedic mattress), One queen pull-out sofa bed. 1 full split bathroom, vanity separate from tub/shower, and commode. Saves time while other takes shower. Full kitchen with all appliances (toaster, can opener, blender, microwave, full refrigerator, coffee maker, mixer ) everything you need to fix your favorite meal. Dining table seats four. Forty-two inch SMART TV and Free WiFi. This is a second-floor unit with steps or elevator access. My favorite is, waking up and catching a beautiful sunrise.
So bring your bathing suit and enjoy one of the most beautiful spots on the beach. You will enjoy the convenience of shops, restaurants, miniature golf, and nightlife all within walking distance, or hop on the city bus to other attractions.

Good ocean views. Great room with private balcony. Hotel in nice location. Construction going on, pool closed and no direct beach access due to old hurricane damage was bothersome, but beyond host control and honestly looked to be at several resorts, other than that I would stay again. Thank you for a relaxing getaway

Decent room, bed could be better. It had a keurig, not a drip maker like in pics and description, that was a bummer considering we went shopping upon arrival in town before going to condo due to coming in late and had to go exchange our drip coffee the next day. Also there was/is major construction going on at the condo which was never relayed to us at booking or on vrbo site. Host was great, view is awesome. Stayed at same condo building during last visit so knew the location well.

Basically no information that was useful was given. Both elevators near the lobby were broken when we arrived. After carrying all of our stuff (suit cases, food, etc). upstairs, we found out there was a 3rd elevator. From a tenant. No one was ever out front in the office area. I am 68 years old. Not disabled...but several.trips up and down stairs was not a good way to start my vacation. Also...the room had a total of 3 useable, available outlets. One near the bathroom sink, one in the kitchen that had something already plugged in, and one near the bed with one available plug in. In this day and age, phone/tablet batteries need to be charged, etc. If the coffee pot was plugged in, the "kitchen area" outlet was full. Left two total available in entire room...and one of those was pushed back in the wall so far that my phone charger wouldn't make electrical contact, so that left two people sharing one outlet for a week. Not acceptable.
