About this apartment rental
Enjoy a piece of paradise! Unit #1006 is a very spacious end unit two bedroom/two bath condo located on the 10th floor of the breakers east on the beach. Spectacular beachfront views from the spacious balcony with access from the master bedroom and living room. This condo has extra windows in kitchen, dining room, living a very bright/cheery atmosphere.

ceiling fans in both bedrooms
blackout drapes in master bedroom and living room
master bathroom has oversized walk-in shower with single vanity
(March 1 - October 31) - nightly & weekly rental rates include beach setup (2 chairs/1 umbrella) - (Monthly rates do not include beach setup)
Breakers East is located in the heart of Destin, across the street from 'Big Kahuna's Water Park'. Walk to fast food Dunkin Donuts/Baskin Robbins, Chick-fil-a, Waffle House, Starbucks, and Subway. 'The Track' is located just a few blocks from the go-carts, miniature golf, arcade, bumper boats, bungee jumping. For rainy days Rave movie theatre and "Uncle Buck's Fish Bowl" bowling is located in Destin Commons shopping center or bowling at "Hurricane Lanes" located at the corner of Mathew Blvd/Hwy 98. Close to golfing, world class cuisine, Silver Sands outlet mall, parasailing, dolphin cruises, and much more.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
Cancellation or changes of reservations with advance payments.
100% refund if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in
50% refund (minus the service fee) if you cancel at least 14 days before check-in
No refund if you cancel less than 14 days before check-in
We highly recommend purchasing the CSA Travel Protection during the booking process. Cancellations and early departures due to inclement weather do not warrant any refund of rent.
No Pets Allowed
No Smoking or Vaping. Breakers East is a no smoking building, and it is not permitted in public areas or areas where it can be a nuisance to others including balconies.
Breakers East Association does not allow setup of large canopies or tents on the Breakers East beach.
Condo is managed locally. Each condo has 2 available parking spaces. Breakers East HOA mandates that all vehicles must have their designated parking pass easily visible through the windshield at all times while parked on the property.
Minimum age of primary renter: 25
Check-in:4 pm central time
Checkout:10 am central time

Balcony and view were excellent, beach was clean and chair service was great.Condo was overkill for just my wife and I, yet we rented for the view, if we fly our kids out it would be perfect.Only issue were tv uses a couple remotes, no biggie just took a minute for a grandpa to figure out-lol

I've stayed in a few condos at BE, and this by far was our favorite. The unit was very clean, the kitchen was equipped with everything needed for meals at home, and the balcony was fabulous for morning coffee and evening cocktails. At the time of this review, the unit had a decent-sized cooler, beach tote, toys, and chairs (for after 5pm setup). We will be renting this unit again for sure!

We had a great stay!!This condo has a big nice balcony with beautiful views! Great big kitchen with lots of kitchen needs. Large bedrooms and nice bathrooms. The condo was clean and convenient to restaurants and stores. We will be back!
