If you're searching for an amazing vacation spot, look no further! This rental condo is situated on Sandy Beach at the Las Palomas Seaside Golf Resort in Puerto Penasco, Mexico. As a guest, you'll have access to a wide range of activities and amenities to enhance your vacation experience. Las Palomas organizes special weekend events such as beach movies, zumba sessions on the lawn, poolside yoga, and sand castle contests. Las Palomas is a beachfront community spanning 350 acres, offering an array of facilities. You can enjoy an 18-hole championship golf course, lazy rivers, negative edge pools, toddler pools, water slides, jacuzzis, hammocks, and swim-up pool bars. Gas grills, beach towels, poolside lounge chairs, and beach palapas are also available. The resort provides underground parking, 24-hour security, room service, high-speed internet, and cable TV. Additional amenities include a convenience store, restaurants, and a gym.
As a guest, you'll find our fully furnished condo exceptionally comfortable. Located on the oceanfront, on the 8th floor of Diamante, Phase 1, it offers breathtaking views, especially during sunset. The master bedroom features a spacious king bed with direct access to the balcony. Its ensuite bathroom includes an oversized shower and a separate bathtub. The guest bedroom has a queen trundle bed that can convert into two queens, and it has an adjoining bathroom. The family room boasts a large window and multi-slide glass doors that open up completely. You'll find a cozy leather couch that can be transformed into a pull-out bed. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, and microwave. We provide pots, pans, plates, cups, and utensils. Filtered drinking water is available in the kitchen, and a laundry room with a full-sized washer and dryer is also at your disposal.
Puerto Penasco (Rocky Point) offers a plethora of activities to enjoy. You can rent jet skis and go on banana boat rides right on the beach. ATV rentals are within walking distance. The town boasts numerous excellent restaurants, local boat tours, nightly cruises, fishing boat rentals, and much more.
Please note that all condos at Las Palomas are non-smoking units, and pets are not allowed. Daily maid service is included, and guests must be 25 years of age or older.

Pools and beach are always great. Las Palomas is always clean and well maintained for all the common ground. We loved coming here from phoenix instead of California. The water in the ocean is so warm I love it. The rides are amazing - some the best tides in the world ( 22 foot difference low to high while we were there - great for looking in the tide pools). We don't go into town much - I usually make one trip to a grocery store or such. AC in master went out, maintenance came very quickly Sunday night and a new motor was needed and installed first thing Monday.

We appreciated the quality pots/pans and dishes. It was a great location with a great view. Great couch space and comfortable beds.

The resort was gorgeous and very clean, we really enjoyed the variety of pools and had an absolute blast at the complimentary water aerobics session! The views were incredible, I will absolutely be coming back here again!

On our 2nd day they were doing renovations on the apartment next door and there was a lot of noise from drilling.
