About this apartment rental
Our 2 bedroom, 2 bath single level condo (Unit 104) is located at Peregrine Point which is the newest building at Purgatory Resort. The condo is located on the north side of the building offering amazing mountain views.
Walk across to the main plaza for convenient access to restaurants, ski rentals, deli and great shops as well as the primary high-speed lift, Purgatory Express, to the top of the mountain.
The condo is decorated with high-end furnishings and the kitchen is fully equipped while the main living space features a gas fireplace, TV and a deck to enjoy the great views with chairs and table.
The Master bedroom has a gas fireplace and both bedrooms have a TV. Parking is unassigned outside in front of the building. The condo also features a washer and dryer.

2nd - Double and Twin
Main Living Space - Queen Pull Out Sofa
As with all condos in the Peregrine Point building per HOA Rules, pets are not allowed.
For an optional 4% resort fee, you will have access to the Durango Mountain Club which includes an outdoor heated pool with slide, outdoor hot tub and workout facility. The 4% resort fee included in the quote is the required resort fee that must be charged and does not allow access to the Durango Mountain Club. When booking, just advise if you would like the extra 4% resort fee added.
Stay with us and we offer DISCOUNTS on both summer (white water rafting, horseback riding etc.) and winter (ski/snowboard rentals, sleigh rides, snowmobile tours etc.) activities.
Please note that, like most properties in the area, this home does not have AC, as it is uncommon for homes at this elevation. Temperatures inside the property are easily managed by using fans and opening the windows at night when temperatures drop into the 40s.

Condo was warm, comfortable, spacious and convenient to the center of Purgatory Village. There is a set of stairs to climb to get to lifts, but very close and well shoveled even during a snow storm. Management continuously plowed driveway-parking is extremely close to front door- so no concerns on getting in or out. Kitchen well equipped to cook and master bathroom has a soaking tub after a long day of skiing. Two fireplaces-one in master bedroom and the other in family room. Erika from VRC was helpful and very knowledgeable. Loved our stay-we will be back.

The condo was great! So convenient to walk to the slopes and to store our skis. The owners thought of everything - from weather pads for our boots to plenty of kitchen accessories. We especially enjoyed both fireplaces. It was a great stay.

This is the third time we have stayed in this lovely condo. It is so comfortable, always clean, and the views are spectacular!!!!!The property management group is very responsive and helpful.

The condo was great, clean, beautiful views. The layout of the beds worked very well for us. Easy in and out being on the first floor. Quiet and so close to all the resort amenities! Overall wonderful stay!
