The open floor plan is light and bright with Mexican tile, terrazzo and laminate flooring for carefree living. Enjoy warm winters in your sun drenched Florida room or head out to the open patio and fenced back yard. The shady oaks offer the perfect canopy for outdoor fun. For the hobbyist, or for extra storage space, there is a sturdy workshop in the over-sized backyard that offers full privacy with extended fencing. The 12,000 square foot lot offers ample parking and plenty of “room to breathe”. The home is located in Venice Gardens, a designated bird sanctuary with numerous neighborhood lakes.
The home comes with central air conditioning and heat, ceiling fans, and large screened windows so you can experience some of the freshest air you can imagine. For your entertainment, there is a 42 inch TV with Amaxon Firestick, and high speed wireless internet.
The kitchen is furnished with essential cookware and tableware, electric range, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, and coffee maker. The kitchen has ample cabinet and storage space, There is purified reverse osmosis drinking water in the home. During your stay, an experienced property manager will make routine visits to the property to maintain the pool and grounds. He will be available to answer any questions that you may have about the home and the area.
There is so much to do, see, and experience in Venice that it would be impossible to list everything here. There is something for everyone. Our immediate neighborhood, Venice Gardens, is an officially designated bird sanctuary. We have numerous lakes, and our own nature park and community center. Lake fishing is available. The neighborhood streets have low traffic volume which makes them ideal for strolls, bike rides, and dog walking.
