About this apartment rental
I LOVE Marco Island. I fell in love with it over 30 years ago and made my dream come true of owning on this island paradise. I bought my unit due to location, view, amenities, and the 'local feel' of the location. I knew my unit had great potential, so I gutted the place and put in fabulous upgrades in every area. EVERYTHING is UPDATED!!!! Kitchen with stainless steel appliances including a dishwasher (which most units do not have). Walk-in tiled shower. Updated furniture and everything you would use during your stay is top of the line! 2 Flat screen t.v's, blue ray player, WiFi. Pictures are worth a 1000 words. This remodel was a true labor of love. PLUS!!!! You have your own designated covered parking space in the same building. This is a PREMIUM upgrade!

We have rented many properties over the years. The owner of this property managed it well. Her response time was excellent. We enjoyed two weeks in January. The water view was excellent. The decor was very attractive. The bed was comfortable. The unit is on the fifth floor. The elevator was not working for several days and on two separate occasions. There is another elevator a couple of buildings away and we used it when we were moving luggage. The unit has a dishwasher that is difficult to shut but if you work with it a few times it will engage. The shower had some black mold between a few tiles. The floors could use a good washing. Linda is very thoughtful and when we did not get the tv working right away she made several suggestions and then it was smooth sailing. She has a wealth of knowledge and suggested the fried Brie at the Dolphin Tiki Restaurant on the property. We enjoyed the restaurant on the water many times. My significant other lost two pounds using the stairs for two weeks. He loved it. I gained those two pounds bc I ordered the fried Brie frequently . We played tennis and enjoyed it. We plan to go back next year. Linda supplied paper products and other items like detergent. It was a great place to stay and we really loved it.

This was a great location for families with kids. The room size was perfect with two pop out sofa beds. Tennis courts, pools, and hot tubs were really nice. Great experience! 👍👍

Stayed here for a week. Communication with host was fantastic. Condo had all the comforts of home. Great pool and restaurant on site. Easy access to Marco Island, Naples, and surrounding area. Very quiet!
