Ease of drop box
The guy in the Condo below smoke like a chimney on his balcony and came in our condo all week making making us nauseous from the cigarette smoke. Also a hard sided cooler would be appreciated.

We had a full kitchen with everything you can think of to cook any meal. We made breakfast almost every morning which help keep our trip economical & save more time for the beach.
Man below us was a heavy cigar smoker and lit up 3 AM. Smoked filled our apartment because we had doors open enjoying the tropical breeze. Smell so strong it Woke us up a few times that we had to shut the doors.

Great location, restaurant on property is wonderful, Brittney manager in office so friendly and helpful.
Would be nice if they allow you to fish during the day from twin T shaped docks at end of dock, I get boaters come in to tie up to go eat at restaurant but most fishermen/fisherwomen have class and will seek not to be in the way as they want to enjoy property same as anyone else, respect given, respect earned, just my two cents.
