Cozy Studio in Long Beach / EAB

I rented this studio in East Atlantic Beach (about three blocks from Long Beach) for about 7 months in 2016 (June-December), and it was great. The owners/landlords are the NICEST people - which is so important when renting. They really went out of their way to welcome me. They even include books, DVDs and board games among the furnishings. The studio is immaculate - the pictures online represent it exactly. It was recently completely renovated with all new furnishings and appliances - including good air conditioning! The apartment is about a block from the private East Atlantic Beach (to which you have access), and I spent tons of time enjoying the sun and surf. The community is very friendly with lots of good restaurants in Long Beach, and the neighbors upstairs were also very nice. The studio is perfect for one person, and I would expect for a couple as well. There is great water pressure for good showers, a stacked washer/drier set, new dishwasher, even a coffee maker. I had absolutely every utensil, pitcher, bowl, etc., that I could have ever needed. This rental is truly set up as I would furnish my own summer getaway, including beach chairs. You will be hard-pressed to find anything as nice anywhere in the area. Enjoy!

My fiancé and I stayed here for three months to enjoy a Long Beach summer. We loved that the apartment came with passes for the private beach! The owners are very attentive and ensured we were taken care of during our stay. Highly recommend!
