Sara is a kind and responsive host. The house in in Breckenridge is ideally located in town to be able to walk to dinner or shop, with easy public access to skiing. We had plenty of room for a family of four. The kitchen, bedrooms and laundry had everything we needed. We hope we'll be able to rent this house again for our next trip to Breckenridge.

Wonderful location, very nice home, well equipped. Close walk to downtown, many restaurants and stores in the area. We rated a 5 for location, and cleanliness and well equipped.

Sunnieholme is a great home in the historic neighborhood of Breckenridge— it is literally walking/biking distance to everything. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, so much above and beyond was provided in the home and we hope to return!
