About this house rental

Rockridge Townhomes, easy 2-hour drive west of the Denver International Airport, our guests enjoy a spacious 2-bedroom, 3-bath floor plan with mountain views, fully furnished and each big enough for 8 adults. With two queen beds and two twins plus a queen sleeper sofa - it's a terrific ski holiday headquarters.

Rock Ridge Resort Breckenridge is located high on a ridge with a forever westerly view, yet just three miles from Breckenridge’s Main Street. The free ski bus stops at the resort, so getting to town for shopping, dining, or skiing the slopes is stress-free.

Area attractions are grocery store, health club, live entertainment, shared whirlpool/hot tub, sauna, racquetball, exercise equipment, downhill skiing, tennis, restaurant, cross-country skiing, horseback riding, ski school, boating, lake, medical facilities, golf, fishing, and swimming pool.

Fully equipped kitchens include, coffee maker, toaster, microwave oven, breakfast bar and dining table.There's also cable TV, a compact stereo, and full size washer/dryer.The free Summit Stage Shuttle System offers transportation throughout the entire Breckenridge Resort area.

• Check-in & out Services – All Rockridge Townhome guests check-in and out through the Alpine Meadows Management office, located at 416 Ridge Street in Breckenridge Colorado.
• The room number indicated in the reservation confirmation may vary from the room assigned to you at the front desk. If you have two or more different reservations numbers for the same stay, you will probably need to change rooms during your stay. We will do our best to keep you in the same room, however, there are occasions when a room change will be necessary. We appreciate your understanding.
• The room number ultimately assigned to you will be determined at check-in and thus may vary from the number reported here.
• Housekeeping is provided once during each 7-day stay. Supplemental cleaning is available for an additional fee.
• Room assignments will be determined at the time of check-in. Views from the windows can not be guaranteed.

• Please note: We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, as well as stolen or damaged items that occur while on the premises, its facilities, or parking lots.
• Traveler must be at least 21 years of age to make a reservation.
• State Identification Card or Driver License copy will be requested upon booking.
• NO PETS ALLOWED. Any violation of this policy will incur a $200.00 fine plus the cleaning costs.
