Inside, the cozy three-bedroom home comes fully furnished and ready for comfort. Hardwood floors run throughout the space, grounding each room with warmth. The master bedroom features a queen bed and its own private, newly remodeled bath, fully stocked with fresh towels. The two smaller bedrooms include full-size beds and share a modern hallway bathroom with a spacious shower. Every bedroom includes a TV, drawer space, a closet, and a ceiling fan to keep you comfortable.
The kitchen is set up like a true home base—equipped with both Keurig and drip coffee makers, a microwave, stove, dishwasher, refrigerator, and a full stock of spices, tea, and coffee. Whether you’re heating up leftovers or cooking a full meal, everything is ready for you.
For year-round comfort, the home has central heat and air, plus a convenient two-car attached garage with plenty of additional outdoor parking. A stacked washer and dryer are tucked into one of the smaller bedrooms, and a dedicated desk area makes remote work simple and stress-free.

We are conveniently located just down the street from Crosby Park, which includes a tennis court, baseball field and play area for the kids. You are also located just minutes away from eateries of all kinds. This property is not available for events or gatherings and requires a 2-night minimum stay. Must be 32 years of age to rent, and rentals are for out-of-town guest only. Pictured ID required.

There is so much to do in Louisville: Churchill Downs and the Kentucky Derby, Kentucky Slugger Museum, The Louisville Zoo, The newly renovated Kentucky Kingdom. Everything was clean and bug free which was most important to me. Plenty of room for 4 grown adults. Very nice area of Louisville to stay in. Internet was a little slow but we weren’t there to work so it was ok. Just was very responsive and friendly. I would definitely recommend.

Efficient, friendly and very prompt host. The house had everything one could want or need (including a coffee grinder and three different types of coffee makers (Keurig, Mr. Coffee And large group useful). We were comfortable, there was plenty of hot water, instructions for entry and departure were clear and concise. And, as mentioned, the host was extremely prompt. Plenty of restaurants and a new Kroger were nearby, and the neighborhood, particularly the adjoining Town of Anchorage, was lovely. We highly recommend this home.

The stay was wonderful! I would have liked to have known that the basement room does not have windows. The space was clean, quiet neighborhood. My group had a great time staying at this house.
