When you enter the home, you’ll find yourself on the main level featuring a full living room perfect for relaxing or gathering, a fully equipped kitchen for cooking or takeout nights, a full bathroom, and a bedroom with two queen beds ideal for friends, kids, or extra guests. This level is made for connection, comfort, and convenience.
Head up the spiral staircase and the loft opens up into a private retreat. Upstairs, you’ll find a cozy lounge space, a king bedroom designed for rest, and access to a balcony a great spot to enjoy your morning coffee or unwind after a day out.
Both bedrooms and the living room are equipped with smart TVs, and we provide complimentary Hulu, Disney+, and ESPN+, so movie nights and game days are covered.

Getting Around:
A lot of great spots are well within walking distance from the space, but if youd like to explore outside of the clifton neighborhood the best way to do so is by car/uber. There are also buses that run through the area!

This is a second-floor unit with a two-story loft. Please note there is no elevator in the building, so guests will need to use stairs.

We were in town for a volleyball tournament which this was 15 min from the Expo Center but we had time to enjoy the great restaurants on the street. The accommodations were as expected. Just know the parking space is tight. Our Durango fit but our truck would not have. Communication was always timely.

This is such a great property! This is the second time we have rented and will definitely be back again in the future! The location is excellent for walking to shops and restaurants. Clean and adorably decorated. The host is wonderful about communication and any help you need. Highly recommend!!

Our stay was just as described. My husband and his friend were participating in the Louisville Ironman that weekend and it provided a great place to stay! Very close to all the downtown events and the neighborhood was really neat. Lots of food options around, both drivable and walkable. We walked to the gelato place a few doors down and it was delicious. Communication with the owner was great, clear instructions, and great follow up. The place was clean and decorated so nice. We slept in the upstairs bed and the pillows and mattress were very confortable. I would recommend to stay here and would come back again! My daughter that was with us is going to be in town in the fall for a concert and immediately looked to book it, but unfortunately it was already booked. Thank you for a wonderful stay!
