About this house rental
Spectacular private 92 foot long (x 3-1/2 to 5 ft deep) infinity edge pool overlooking the 15th hole of the Mauna Lani North Golf Course, along with a 12 person hot tub that waterfalls into the pool below. This is truly one of the nicest pools on the Big Island, wrapping around the lava hillside. A large covered outdoor lani area has a Wolf propane BBQ,a sitting bar, two refrigerator drawers, HD Spectrum TV Service and lanai dining table with chairs centered between the koi pond and swimming pool. The courtyard has a tropical waterfall that cascades into a 28 foot circular canaled Koi Pond surrounded by the tropical beauty of a Hawaiian landscaped garden.
While in the small gated community of Champion Ridge located in the beautiful 5-star Resort of the Mauna Lani, this house is situated to give you privacy while enjoying Hawaii in it's most luxurious splendor. You will find yourself in awe of the white sand beach cove at the Mauna Lani with its excellent diversity of colorful fish to view while snorkeling, or making sand castles on the beach, swimming in the warm waters, paddle boarding or just sun bathing.
Sign up for excursions, enjoy the two highly ranked golf courses the resort has to offer, play tennis, work out at the fitness facility, relax and pamper yourself at the Mauna Lani Spa, take walks throughout the resort or visit the many beaches close by. Take a helicopter ride and view the volcano. Rent a golf cart for your stay. Rent "baby" items or see Snorkel Bob's at the Mauna Lani Shops
This home offers four bedrooms, each with a King Sized bed. The master is a bungalow all to itself while another two bedrooms are connected in their own bungalow styled building and the last bedroom is in the main house. Each bedroom has its own bathroom suite while the master has an enlarged shower and jetted bathtub. Each bedroom has access to Spectrum TV Service while 3 also have DVD players. A theater/media room was updated October 2015 with a new Samsung 78" 4K HD Curved TV, surround sound, High Definition Spectrum TV Service, Blu-Ray Disc Player, Xbox One, Wii and Radio Receiver. A 63' Plasma TV was also added to living room, also with High Definition, Blu-Ray Disc player, Ipod Docking station, Radio Receiver. Volume for Speakers throughout outside lanai and BBQ area can be controlled with remote.
There are airbeds with linens if additional sleeping space is required. There's an outdoor shower next to the pool for rinsing before and/or after swimming. There are also games to keep you busy, and an herb garden and fruit trees in the community courtyard.
This is not the place for those looking for loud parties for vacation, but rather those who love their privacy and know how to enjoy the beauty and splendor of Hawaii.

WOW!!!!! This is our third year in a row staying in Mauna Lani and this is the best home we have ever stayed in! The hosts, Kim, Steve and Ken were so easy to communicate with. The home, was absolutely fabulous! Better than the pictures! Totally stocked from the kitchen to the pool and beach accessories and all other living spaces! The cabana area and the pool/spa made our stay even more fun! The view of the mountains and watching the golfers is a plus! The birds and the Koi were awesome to watch everyday! Our grands loved feeding the fish, and giving them names! The 3 pods were perfect for our kids and grandkids! Super clean and comfortable! We rented golf carts to get to Mauna Lani beach club, our favorite beach on the island! Thank you Favorite family for opening up your beautiful home to our family! We loved the welcome gift too! Hope to return again!

This home far exceeded our expectations! The pictures truly do not do it justice. We were greeted by Kenny upon our arrival who showed us around and explained all the details. A huge gift basket surprised us and was enjoyed by all. The home was very clean, very well stocked, and had everything we could possible want. For our family, the outdoor area was by far the biggest hit and we spent most of our time there. Pool/hot tub were very well treated. No chlorine smell and didn't dry out the ladies skin like other pools do. The pool temp was cool but still very much enjoyed by all. We loved the birds bathing and playing at the pool edge. The views from this home are breathtaking! Each bedroom and bathroom were better than expected (although the bathrooms could have brighter lighting). The owners were pleasant to work with and very responsive to questions. Cannot recommend this home enough!

This home was more than we hoped for! The pictures don’t show how truly amazing this property is. From the beautiful landscape, views, pool/spa, indoor/outdoor living, private villa-style bedrooms, living/kitchen spaces, to the well stocked everything, there wasn’t anything we didn’t have available. Everything was so clean and well maintained. We were a party of 8 (two families) spending Thanksgiving during Covid. We wanted a private house with a pool to avoid crowds. We were able to spend a lot of time enjoying the property and had plenty of indoor/outdoor space. The sliding glass walls were open at every chance. The teens/tweens were busy enjoying the pool toys with sun breaks in the theater room that was well stocked with video games and movies. Beach gear (chairs, boogie boards, etc) was also appreciated and enjoyed at Mauna Kea, Hapuna, Two Step, Keiki and a few other amazing beaches. All eight people were able to connect to WiFi for work and remote learning school without any lags. The owners were amazing to work with and communication was instant before and during our stay. We were provided with detailed information with everything we needed to know for our stay. We had a covid related flight change and the owners were flexible and generous in accommodating us. We are already dreaming about when we can come back! I cannot recommend this rental property enough.
