About this villa rental
Built in May 2018, we offer for rent, a small nest of 30 m². Benefiting from a garden and private parking, this one will be ideally arranged for two persons and two children maximum. Located in the town of Porto-Vecchio, its quiet and wooded environment, will bring you peace and quiet. Finally, because of its location the city center is only 5 km and the first beaches of Cala Rossa, Saint Cyprien and many others to 6. 5 km.
The air-conditioned accommodation is composed of:
- A main room with a sitting area: sofa BZ with sleeping 140x90, kitchen unit containing all the dishes, flat screen and low buffet. In addition, the kitchen is fully equipped: fridge-freezer, induction cooker and oven-pyrolysis, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee maker, toaster, kettle.
- A bathroom, enjoying a walk-in shower, toilet, a vanity unit and a hairdryer.
- One bedroom: 140x190 bed, wall cabinet, iron and ironing board.
- A garden of 500 m²: garden furniture, deck chairs, barbecue, above ground pool of 5. 50 m diameter.
- A terrace of 22m² with dining table and 4 chairs, garden furniture with sofa, armchair and coffee table, Weber Barbecue.

Services included:
You will enjoy a cold drink upon arrival
You will have wifi access to broadband internet.
Samsung flat screen TV with TNT HD Orange (French channel)
Above ground pool shared with the owners.
Umbrella bed with mattress, stroller cane.
Household products, equipment and a vacuum cleaner will be provided.
Sheets and towels are included and offered.
The services offered:
Childcare with a confirmed person.
Boat rental with a provider.
Cleaning fee of 50 euros at the end of your stay if you wish.
The rental conditions:
In order to register your reservation you will have to pay 30% of the deposit. The remainder will be due on the day of arrival.
Rentals are from Saturday to Saturday. A deposit of 800 euros not cashed will be requested, then returned at the end of the stay, once the inventory has been done.
We do not accept holiday checks and pets are not allowed.

La mini villa est superbement située à l’écart de la circulation mais à seulement 10 Minutes en voiture du centre de Porto-Vecchio. Les plus belles plages de la région sont accessibles en une vingtaine de minutes en voiture. Nous y avons également reçu un accueil très chaleureux de la part des propriétaires et la mini villa était très propre. La piscine très agréable avec la chaleur Corse. Superbe séjour pour nous. Nous reviendrons
