Description and Equipment provided:

The house consists of an air-conditioned bedroom with a 140 cm bed with its bathroom (sink, shower, toilet)

The kitchen overlooking the living room is equipped with an electric hob, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, microwave, filter coffee maker & Senseo coffee maker, kettle, toaster, kitchen utensils, iron.

Living room with convertible corner sofa, TV (80cm flat screen)

The air-conditioned floor consists of two very attic bedrooms each with two 90 cm beds that can be pushed together, a small bathroom (sink, shower, toilet),

Private covered terrace with charcoal barbecue and small garden with sunbathing area .

Bed linen (one pair per bed for the stay) and bath mat are provided

A cot (umbrella) provided (on reservation),

Possibility to rent towels ;( the kit = 1 large towel, 1 small towel,= 15 € the kit)

The end-of-stay cleaning is to be done by you, product not provided, but if you do not wish to do it, you have the possibility to take the cleaning package of 60€.

Also common garden with lawn and sunbeds, pool of 4 meters by 4 meters (70 cm deep) to cool off for young and old

We are located in Porto-Vecchio (rue Lucien Valli), close to shops, the Portet of the City Center, close to a sea access;

Citadel of Porto-Vecchio: 20 minutes walk (big climb) or take the free electric shuttle bus 200 meters away, or 5 minutes by car

Marina: 25 minutes walk or 5 minutes by car, or free electric shuttle 200 meters away

Auchan (shopping center, tobacconist, brewery etc.): 5 minutes walk Bakery: 7 minutes walk

Access to unmaintained wild sea suitable for walks or swimming, Waterfront restaurant (open seasonally): 5 minutes walk

The most beautiful beaches in the region are located outside the Gulf of Porto-Vecchio, so a means of transport is essential. (Scooter rental 5 minutes walk, car rental 10 minutes walk)

Cala-Rossa, Saint Cyprien are 10-15 minutes by car north of Porto-Vecchio

Palombaggia, Santa Giulia 15-20 minutes by car south of Porto-Vecchio
