Everything was great! The only issue I had was the original check-in and having to make a copy of my credit card. Other than that, everything was great property clean and perfect distance to Epic Universe! Would absolutely stay there again!

All the rooms were very clean and the beds were AMAZING! It was so easy after a long drive to just punch in the code and unpack everything.

The property manager was very unhelpful.
The vacation rental was very clean.

I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental.

The place was clean but the bathrooms needed to be updated. The biggest problem was the beds literally sunk in. There was no support. All the beds were like this. It made for a very miserable night. Also there were very few restaurants around the area. I had to call to get the code from the management company due to they failed to send it in the email. The first night 2 men came to the door and said they were there to work on the garbage disposal. They had no identification and the management company did not tell us they were coming. We did not let them in.
