Newly renovated 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom home with 3 separate living rooms in the heart of beautiful Spearfish located just a mile from Spearfish Canyon. This home also is within walking distance to the downtown area and so close to Spearfish creek that you can hear the water run as you relax on the deck or soak in the hot tub! This home has an extra long and flat driveway for parking trailers and extra vehicles or motorcycles. This property is set up with a beautiful master bedroom on the main floor with a king size bed and a five piece master bathroom. This master has French doors leading to a deck perfect for sipping coffee and watching the sun rise over Lookout Mountain. Head up the spiral staircase to the second floor and you will find the other 3 bedrooms, a bathroom and a cozy tv room with a smart tv and a sofa that has a pull out for sleeping or just relaxing. The largest bedroom upstairs is set up to sleep up to 5 guests with a queen, full and a twin size daybed. The other 2 bedrooms have queen size beds and ample space. Head back down the unique spiral staircase and you'll find a modern, fully stocked kitchen with everything you need to prepare a delicious meal for a quiet night in or a hearty breakfast for a full day of touring! Relax in the open concept living, dining, kitchen area or head down a couple steps to the super cozy sunken family room. Catch up on your favorite tv shows or movies on the large screen smart tv hung above the gas fireplace. Enjoy the large deck in the backyard with a private, fenced in backyard and hot tub that seats up to six people! Fire up the gas grill on the deck and eat al fresco around the large outdoor table! This home truly is in the perfect location in Spearfish being walkable to so many restaurants and bars, the bike path, Spearfish Creek, city campground and City park.

Great location next to the City park with activities to do. Nice quiet neighborhood and private yard. The house was great with plenty of space so we could be together or slip away and have some space to yourself. The home was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed!

What a fun home full of character! The communication from the host was superb. Great beds and pillows. Plenty of room. The backyard was perfect. Loved the closeness to the park too! The house was clean and so well done! We would absolutely recommend this place to anyone! Only one recommendation for guests…bring some ear plugs if you don’t want to wake up early from the construction out front;-)

Loved the location, walking distance to parks, fish hatchery and downtown. Loved the kitchen! Great for food prep and family meals! Also enjoyed the two sitting areas, which are both great spaces for conversation, or having a room for kids to play while adults could still visit. Enjoyed the hot tub. Would recommend.
