Layout:
You’ll enter the home in the foyer. From there you can go up a flight of stairs to be on the main level with kitchen, living, dining, rooftop deck, backyard access, office, half bath, and master bedroom/bathroom. From the foyer, you can go down half a flight of stairs to access the basement living, additional bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and laundry room. Please see our pictures for floor plan.
Neighborhood and Location:
We are at the back of a quiet neighborhood with no backyard neighbor, you’ll enjoy scenic views and frequent visits from deer and turkeys. There is a bike path connecting you to downtown Spearfish starts just down the street as well as a park with a playground. We are located just a mile from groceries, coffee shops, restaurants, fuel, and the highway. Spearfish Canyon is just over 2 miles away, offering breathtaking natural beauty.
Parking:
We have a 4-car garage available as well as room on the driveway and two spaces in front of our house. Please note the steep approach to the driveway; proceed slowly. All roads leading to the property are fully paved, ensuring smooth access year-round.

Thank you for considering our home for your stay. We’ve put thought into every detail to ensure your visit is comfortable, fun, and memorable. While we don`t like starting off with rules, this helps make sure you have all the information up front prior to booking so no issues arise.
-No parties or events without prior approval. Please respect our neighbors regarding parking (no parking in front of their houses or the mailboxes), noise, and street traffic.
-No smoking inside the home or garage.
-We allow up to 2 dogs per reservation with a $75 pet fee per dog. Please indicate that you are bringing your pet at time of reservation.
-Extra Guest Fee: An additional $20 per night per guest applies after 6 guests. This fee covers the extra amenities and cleaning required for larger groups, ensuring you still receive excellent value compared to booking multiple hotel rooms. Please book for the accurate number of guests and this will be automatically reflected in the price you pay. If this number changes prior to your arrival, please just communicate that with us.
-Weather Cancellation Policy: Refunds are only offered if the DOT closes highways or roads to Spearfish due to weather. While we experience winter for much of the year, our area is well-equipped to handle snow.

Our stay at this Vrbo was fantastic! The house was clean, and had most of the amenities we needed. The location was great, and was very pet friendly. The hot tub and steam shower were both wonderful. The host was very responsive and helpful with any questions we had. We would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway with a large group.

The house was welcoming and clean, indoor was spacious and we loved the openness of the entry way, living room and kitchen. Hot tub and steam shower was luxurious. Back yard/view was private and peaceful, nice open view of the prairie.

We rate our stay in this home as 5 Stars! This home was amazing! It was beautiful, clean, welcoming and the amenities were amazing. The fun arcade and hot tub were a big hit for not only my grandchildren, but for us adults as well. The property owners even dropped off another fun game on the front porch during our stay, which we had a blast playing. The owners provided thorough communication with me through the entire booking process, during our stay and through the check-out process. They were very accommodating! I have recommended a stay at this property to all my family and friends if ever looking for a great place to get away in the Black Hills.
