Fully renovated cottage on little mill pond. Renovation completed may 2016. A 4 minute walk to town of chatham. 3 bedrooms, 1 full bath, 1 outdoor shower and 1/2 bath. Sleeps 6
Please note that house to the left of the cottage has been rebuilt Winter 2016/2017. So a new house now sits to the left.

.9 miles to lighthouse beach.
Wake up each morning and view the little mill pond from your window or while having coffee on the deck. The view is spectacular. You can walk to beaches or town easily. Property next to Chatham public dock. You can fish, swim, or boat/kayak/paddle board steps from your front door.

Great stay in lovely Chatham. House is just so lovely in a perfect location - stroll up to Main Street for a coffee or kids getting an ice-cream.

Erin’s communication was wonderful. The home is in a great location. Wonderful views, right off the center of town, and a reasonable walk to beautiful beaches by the lighthouse. Chatham is a wonderful town and this home is in a perfect location to enjoy it!
For runners, it’s in a perfect location for one of the best 5 mile loops in Chatham. Heading towards Oyster Pond, following bike route past lighthouse up to Chatham Bars Inn and back down to town. Especially wonderful views in that direction.

Lovely place with relaxing views of the pond on the comfy outside furniture. Beautifully appointed and VERY clean interior. Short walk to main street for restaurants and shopping. We loved it!
