About this apartment rental
This cozy warm 2-bedroom 2 bath vacation rental is in the West beach front building. The cozy master has a king bed and ensuite bath with walk-in shower and built in seating. The second bedroom is set up with 2 twin beds and adjacent hall bathroom and consists of a traditional tub/shower combo. The living room has a sleeper sofa and additional sofa and 2 recliners: the warm and rich colors are so inviting. Large welcoming dining room table with additional breakfast bar seating. The fully equipped kitchen, with a drip coffee maker offers the family chef everything they need to create a wonderful meal. Stay active and energized at SeaSpray's well-equipped fitness center, soak in the hot tub or make a splash in one of our 3 refreshing pools (pools are open daily from 9am until dusk). With a traffic controlled pedestrian walkway, you can enjoy a game of tennis/pickleball right across the street at our Riverside building. Explore the well-maintained grounds with an afternoon walk at the private marina/pier. Riverside offers kayak rack, propane grill house and boat launch. Minimum age to rent is 25 years old.
Parking passes are managed by VRPS (Vacation Rental Parking) Guest will receive an invitation to register up to 2 vehicles per condo: $55.00 plus tax, per vehicle, per stay. Any vehicle not registered will be ticketed, booted or towed at vehicle owner's expense. Boat/Trailer registration fee is $350.00 per week or $55.00 per day. We hope to "sea" you soon! There are (2) Level 2 Blink Electric Vehicle Chargers at SeaSpray Condos in the Riverside parking lot. The 2 spaces are near the maintenance shop. J-1772 2 Plugs 8.52 - 8.56 kW2 Stations
Loved the view and especially the floor to ceiling windows. Had a problem with ac/dehumidifier, but the host acted quickly to get it taken care of.

We’ve been staying at Orange Beach Perdido area for over 30 years. This is a great place. The windows and balcony overlooking the beach were awesome. The unit has 2 recliners by the windows and you can sit in the cool air conditioning and watch the beach. The only issues were some cleanliness issues. The wifey said the floor wasn’t as clean as expected upon arrival and some of the dishes were put up dirty. One item that is different from any other units we’ve stayed at is the grill area is across the street. We typically grill at least 2 times during our vacation week. And, it’s behind the Riverside unit. So driving across the street then lugging all you cooking items is a chore. There is an asphalt area adjacent to the grill and boat launch area. It is obvious that it is for guests that need to use the area to back up and launch their boats. It is marked as No Parking. I did park there to unload and grill. “Karen” informed me that I couldn’t park there. I explained that I would definitely move if someone needed to launch a boat. Then she proceeded to tell the building manager on me. So look out for her. The locals aren’t friendly.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay. The unit was very clean and exactly as pictured. We visited during the month of October, so there were no crowds and it was very quiet. Beach access was excellent. The view from the room was spectacular. I have zero complaints!

The front door key/lock needs maintenance-very difficult to turn. The condo was pretty basic. Decor is lacking. Floors need a deep clean - feet and socks turned black from walking on our first night there. Only had 4 washcloths upon arrival-front desk supplied additional upon request. Living room couch and recliners showing their age/worn in spots but still usable. Loved being able to recline and look out at the ocean simultaneously. Ceiling fan and light in living room never worked. There was plenty of other lighting but the fan would’ve been nice to use. Loved the pool and proximity to the beach/ocean. Loved the quiet location. Will be back but may choose a different condo.
