Welcome to your Caldera Springs retreat, a beautifully designed Sunriver-area home made for slow mornings, easy gatherings, and days well spent outdoors. With 2,866 square feet, central air conditioning, three king en suite bedrooms, and thoughtful resort-style comforts, this home gives everyone space to settle in and feel at ease.
Spend the morning biking Sunriver’s paved pathways, the afternoon exploring nearby parks and lakes, and the evening gathered around the gas fireplace or soaking in the private hot tub under the Central Oregon sky. Whether you are planning a couples getaway, a family vacation, or a friends’ trip, this home brings comfort, function, and a sense of calm to every part of your stay.
The Space
The layout is designed beautifully for groups. Three private king suites, one on the main level and two upstairs, each include a private bathroom and Smart TV, giving every guest a quiet place to recharge.
The open main living area creates a natural place to come together for meals, conversation, and cozy après-adventure evenings by the gas fireplace. Upstairs, the loft with a full-size pullout sofa adds extra sleeping flexibility, while the game room gives guests a casual place to enjoy ping pong, foosball, and time together between adventures.

This was the nicest home we’ve ever stayed in. It had absolutely everything we needed and then some. It was immaculately clean, had a beautiful view, was conveniently located, and extremely comfortable for our family. The hot tub was perfect, the kitchen had every appliance and accessory for cooking, the BBQ was convenient, and access to the Quarry Pool was a kid favorite. The key locks on the front and back doors were a little tricky to get in and took us a few minutes every time we left and returned. We would’ve appreciated having access to the kayaks, canoes, or paddle boards, and golf (we found out that booking through Bennington Properties prohibited that unfortunately). Otherwise, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and are thankful to the owners for sharing their beautiful home. We hope to be back!

The house is big. Three actual bedrooms. Lots of pleather couches which make up the sofas and other beds (as pull outs). TVs are not smart tvs so no streaming. Kitchen is well stocked. Fridge smelled. Washer smelled. Has dated, peed on carpet. It is a dog house which is great but clearly dogs have peed on it based on our dogs sniffing. The property management was easy to work with. It was built in 2007/2008 and needs updating and someone to care for it rather than it just being a rental. The view is good from the back deck. It is in a nice, quiet location. If the price is right, it would be a good house. It is not high end on the inside and so the price should reflect that. I would not stay here again.
