The development is well maintained the grounds were well taken care of. I enjoyed watching all the squirrels in the morning chase each other on the back porch. The only gripe I have in ste. 517 is there is a severe ant problem in the kitchen area. I had to go out and purchase some ant traps and ant spray which did help. I do believe a good spring cleaning would bode well in resolving this problem. Other than that we enjoyed our stay very much!

Great place for a weekend. Great amenities (pool tennis) close to the beach and businesses. Professional agent and simple check-in checkout process. Great experience.

Property was nice. There were a few things we noticed like I saw blood on the toilet seat and the screen in the patio was all torn up and looked like it had 10 layers of tape on it. It was nice to have the pool so close and we were very waking distance to the restaurants and only a 10 min walk to the beach, which was awesome. All and all it was a decent stay, just needed to be a bit cleaner
