The unit features 2 bedrooms - master with queen bed, second with 2 single beds and cool tiled living/ dining room. There is also a fully equipped kitchen, lounge area with comfortable furnishings plus Wi-Fi. Laundry facilities at rear of property.
Enjoy 2 private balconies and gaze over the calming waters of Tallebudgera Creek, or enjoy the swimming pool for your private use!
The Tallebudgera Creek is the ideal location for swimming, stand up paddle boarding, fishing and kayaking. Or head up to the beach to sunbake on the golden sands and explore the Burleigh Heads National Park!

Holiday properties are equipped with blankets/ doonas and pillows and protectors, however please remember to bring your own personal linen including sheets, pillow cases, towels and tea towels. The location was perfect with a private pool and the Tallebudgera Creek right across the road . The unite has great views of the Creek . The unite wasn’t as clean as we expected and has an old man smell about it which could be because the curtains need a wash.

Older unit with no bells and whistles but the best spot.
Fabulous views. Safe unit with good security screens on windows.
We are used to more personal inclusions like cooking oil, spray and wipe, paper towels, extra loo roll etc but none of this is here in this unit so know you NEED to bring EVERYTHING - even extra bin bags, soap etc-which we knew and did so no drama. This stayz is obviously run by a business for the owner, but we had no issues with anything.. Just remember it’s bare apart from furniture, cooking utensils etc. You get a small welcome bag when you collect keys but it’s only enough dishwasher liquid, body wash etc for one night so depending how long you are staying and how many people are with you, bring your own everything or know you will need to go shopping..
We needed to dust off outdoor furniture as maybe unit not cleaned for our arrival but more so after last visit…
Pool needs a good clean as some algae on steps so we didn’t use it..
We loved that we had use of single lock up garage to put our SUPs and bikes in, still had room to put our car in too…
No air con but gorgeous cool breeze from the creek..
We would book again as the location and vibe on the creek is spectacular…Easy for us as we drove so had plenty of room in car to bring everyday essentials from home - essentially we packed like going camping without the actual tent and could just unload and go…
Downstairs senior neighbour friendly.
Neighbourhood was peaceful.
Clear communication with agent and reasonable expectations around noise and personal responsibility etc.

Clean, lovely views and convenient for us two, with plenty of room to spread out. Does have stairs to climb, and although the place is "1970s" we would be happy to stay there again
