About this house rental

This lake house is one of a kind. There's space for everyone! One of very few houses with direct lake access and sandy beach. The master has a King bed w/cozy day bed & trundle. Bedroom 2 has a Queen bed. Upstairs, Bedroom 3 comes with a King bed, Bedroom 4 has a Queen bed. Game room w/pool table, 55" flat screen TV, futon for extra space and lots of family games. Enjoy making smores around the fire pit in the comfort of your own Adirondack chair. The expansive deck, w/sectional & dining table provides a great escape with unbelievable 180 degree lake views.

You will never find a better lake house! The view is so beautiful looking over the large yard filled with huge trees and going right to the water's edge. Great beach to walk along and the kids all loved it. Sitting on the porch and by the beautiful fire pit made this the best outdoor weekend. And then the inside... Wow! Such a clean, well maintained, extremely well decorated, and comfortable home. Everything we needed, and more, was available. The kitchen was so well stocked with pans, dishes, and spices, there's a great fridge and under counter ice maker, and lots of beach towels. Plenty of fun games for inside and out. We felt so at home. The owners, Eric and Kandi, were very helpful and responded immediately whenever I messaged them. That's always a big plus for a VRBO. This is now our go-to "home" for family lake time and we are planning on staying again, and again, and... Thanks Eric and Kandi.

Although the weather conditions weren't as we had hoped, everything worked out really good. The house felt like home! I always bring my own stuff when we go anywhere because im a little crazy but this house had it all! I actually didnt need to bring anything extra.. I definitely packed too much, this house just didnt have the bare necessities, it literally had every comfort that i brought from home.. We all had such a great time and we will definitely want to plan another trip and stay here!! Loved it so much!!

We booked this home for my 60th birthday celebration and everything about this home exceeded our expectations. There were 7 of us and the home easily accommodated the size of our group. The home is beautifully decorated, and everybody raved about the comfort of the beds in each room. The linens and towels were all high quality which really made our stay pleasant. The kitchen is fully equipped. More than we anticipated. Every attention to detail shows in this beautiful home. The views were spectacular from the living area and the kitchen. We spent a lot of time out on the deck in the evening and morning, enjoying the beautiful lake views. This home is truly the Ritz Carlton of VRBO rentals. I have no doubt we will be back for another visit! We absolutely loved this home!

Our 2nd stay at this perfect location home. Plenty of room for the family and everything you could need while there. We contacted the owners regarding ceiling leaks during a hailstorm. Just happens. However, the house was not as clean as our first stay. The floors really need to be cleaned. We would stay here again!

This is the BEST VRBO I've ever stayed in. The house is spacious and completely updated...it has huge windows and tons of natural light. It has absolutely everything you would need--quality kitchen utensils, spices, linens, pillows, blankets, etc. The beds are 5-star hotel comfy! The hosts were gracious and provided great communication. I highly recommend--and I would definitely stay here again!

Great house with all the little extras you could hope for! Toiletries, bags, cups, and AMAZING ice maker for drinks…then tons of floaters and water toys in the garage! Our whole family was incredibly comfortable in this home, there is a second fridge which was very helpful for loading up with lake food/drinks. The traeger was great as well. Quick walk down the hill to the beach - 3 marinas near by (grand pappy Marina is right across the bay with gasoline). The beach here has some rocks so if you bring a boat and only beach in sand, you’ll want to dock your boat at the marina around the corner.

This house is amazing and inviting! Wonderful open floor plan with a fully stocked big kitchen for making family meals. It has a gorgeous lake front with big shady trees, all the lake gear, games, smoker and BBQ and a fire pit for night time. In close proximity to marinas for water excursions. Very kid friendly and highly recommend this place for family getaways.

Our family stayed at this home for Memorial Day weekend. The home is clean and very comfortable. Our favorite parts were the large living room for everyone to gather and the walk to the beach from the house. The home is stocked with many towels and kitchen conveniences for cooking. The closest grocery store is Brookshire’s coming off the main road so it was very easy to pick up groceries on our way in. Highly recommend staying at this property.

We came to Lake Texoma with our family to kick off our summer with a family Striper fishing trip. The house was beautiful and was more stocked than any other house we have rented before. We spent hours out by the fire pit, the kids played on the beach and swam and we enjoyed the kitchen and game room! We would definitely recommend this place.

Loved the house, the location, easy access to the water and plenty of space to spread out in the backyard. The house fit our 11 person group with kids and teens just perfect. Plenty of supplies for outdoor activities in the garage as well and on the back patio. It was hot hot hot, but we had fun and will definitely recommend this location to others.

This is an immaculate house with all the amenities one could want. We enjoyed it immensely. The only disappointment was the lack of a sandy beach, which the owner can’t control. There was a gravel beach within walking distance though, and we enjoyed that.

We had a WONDERFUL time. The property was EXACTLY as described and shown in the pictures. The house is beautiful and clean and comfortable and had everything we needed and more. It was just a great find and we (7 adults and 4 under the age of 4!) had a wonderful family getaway.

This is the nicest VRBO‘s we’ve stayed in. Fully stocked with entertainment and perfectly located on the water with beautiful view of Lake Texoma. Walking distance to Beach area for swimming. Loved hanging out on the deck and late night pool game upstairs. We will definitely be back.
