The Owner's suite beckons with a luxurious King-size bed positioned next to a picturesque window that frames the waves and a charming wooden boardwalk. Both bedrooms feature elegant wood-style flooring, 2023 TVs with Roku streaming abilities, spacious dressers, and roomy closets. The Guest bedroom offers the flexibility of two full-size beds, catering to various travel plans.
Your home away from home includes a fully-equipped kitchen, complete with a full-size dishwasher, microwave, standard coffee maker, toaster oven, and ample cabinet space. Gather around the dining table, comfortably seating 6, and strategize for the day's adventures.
The Great Room invites you to relax on plush sofas purchased in mid-2023 and faces the Gulf’s waters, to provide a panoramic backdrop to your indoor activities. Tune into sports games or enjoy family movie nights on the generously-sized new TV with cable and streaming access. For your convenience, a full-size washer and dryer are discreetly housed within the condo.
You'll appreciate the secured entry lobby, and designated covered parking conveniently located outside the controlled access elevator that whisks you to the fourth floor. The expansive pool area features restrooms and grilling facilities, leading you directly to the private beach access, granting you an exclusive resort-like experience. Please note that the condo’s reserved parking space measures 79” in height and 17.5’ in length; suitable for a standard-height Chevy Tahoe, but please ensure your vehicle fits as other beach parking spaces are in high demand.
Whether your stay is a brief week-long getaway or an extended sojourn, our beachfront condo offers ample space for you, your friends, or your family to enjoy. In these times where cleanliness is paramount, rest assured that we adhere to industry guidelines for vacation rental cleaning. We go above and beyond with enhanced cleaning protocols, following CDC recommendations. After each stay, all linens – sheets, pillowcases, towels, etc. – are replaced with freshly laundered ones.

Loved the location and condo. Not so much the Genko that was waiting for us as we came in on the bed. Lol. Also left message that there were no extra keys. A bonus would be to have cushions for patio furniture. Over all great vacation. Will definitely come back.

We've been coming to Tampa/Clearwater area for 6 years now.
I love the location of the Condo.
Close to all attractions and restaurants.
Walks on the beach was terrific.
Heated pool help relax even more.
Other guests was friendly.

1. One of the most important things in a stay away from home is the bed, the bed in the master suite the mattress is worn out very uncomfortable.
2. The toaster didn’t work.
3. The patio floor was torn out there was no mention of that, which made it very hard to keep feet clean.
4. The entire condo could use a coat of paint and was very dated.
5. There was not a second key for the unit there were two couples, so the host told me to go get another key made which I did but didn’t feel like it was my responsibility to do that but I did because he said he would Venmo me which he did not.
6. We stayed in this condo last year the same week and we love the condo itself and the location on the beach but felt like the price increase from last year would warrant some improvements.
