The newly renovated kitchen boast stainless steel appliances and quartz countertops while the bathroom is also sparkling new and features a sleek walk-in shower. Your primary bedroom offers a King bed with plenty of closet space. The complex itself includes access to Boca Ciega Bay, a community laundry facility, plenty of parking and a private dock where you can fish or simply watch dolphins play. This is the second year I've stayed at this property, and I enjoyed it as much or more than last year. The location is perfect. The beach, multiple restaurants and bars all just an easy walk away.

Second time around staying in this condo ❤️Again it was a wonderful experience in the summer time heat on the gulf at Treasure Island.
A special treat meeting a few of the residents & owners that live here full & part time. Everyone was so kind & very helpful with any questions on where to eat & places to see.
The beach access across the Blvd is icing on the cake from this sweet condo & it’s what makes this location a sweet find.
The beach is not over crowded & the sunsets are spectacular.
Kelly is accommodating in every way.
Here’s to another wonderful stay on this little piece of heaven & I’m looking forward to next summer 🏖️

This place is really located in the perfect spot on Treasure Island. Simple walk to the beach, great bars and restaurants walkable within minutes.

This lovely property is just a dream come true. The apartment is clean, tastefully decorated with great linens and a king size bed. The kitchen is equipped with all the appliances and gadgets.
This location is best for any beach lover like myself. Just a few steps away.
Great restaurants and local spots for your dining pleasure.
Kelly accommodated me with an earlier check in & much my surprise, a bottle of my favorite wine waiting when I arrived.
Beach chairs, umbrella, towels- it’s all there available for you.
I was blessed with my sisters who came to visit with me during weekends. It was fabulous!
My entire month in Treasure Island was one of the sweetest summers thus far.
Thank you for your hospitality and making my retirement summer one of the best!
