The official award "Residenza d'Epoca" speaks for the quality of this historic complex with the converted little church. Here you will find peace and relaxation.
The historic pigsty La Porcilaia offers three bedrooms with a total of seven beds. The large living room is decorated with a huge, open fireplace. Two full baths and a fully equipped kitchen complete the offer. La Porcilaia is about 75 meters away from the other peasant-historical ensemble. From the large, sheltered and sheltered terrace of the house, which promises complete privacy, you have a magnificent view of the wooded mountains and the lonely monastery Santissima Annunziata in the distance.

They are the good spirits of San Pancrazio. Anna is responsible for the house and the farm and Mauro rules over the area with its many fruit trees, the four olive groves, the vineyard, the pond fed by the ancient mineral spring and the romantic hiking trails, including the Roman Trail.
In the modern converted old barn, the communicative center of San Pancrazio, there are over two floors a wonderfully covered terrace with a wide view, a communal kitchen, a conference table, music system, TV, a home cinema, chair seats and a full bath.
