Spacious home, like nothing else in St. Augustine - Our luxurious pool home is located 0.3 mile from downtown historic St. Augustine Florida & landmarks, a five minute drive to all the beaches. Our guests love our 3000 sq ft home and its superb location near everything that scenic Saint Augustine has to offer.
With 4 full size bedrooms, no one feels left out. Two king size beds, two queen size beds, all with new mattresses. In fact, everything here is new in this 2017 custom home in Davis Shores, including the built-in pool, patio and hot tub!
This house offers family’s amazing space and amenities to enjoy Saint Augustine. The large bedrooms allow everyone to have their own space with privacy, and while being spacious enough for the entire family to enjoy themselves. The new pool and Masters Hot Tub will mean total success in keeping everyone happy and cool during your visit to Saint Augustine.
Master suite upstairs has large private bath with full size shower and two sinks. Two other huge 2nd floor bedrooms plus an additional hallway guest bathroom, complete with a tub, a shower & two sinks. One bedroom is on the first floor, perfect for those who choose not to climb a flight of stairs. Right next door is a full bathroom with a large custom shower.
Hard wood floors throughout, Quartz counter tops, Bosch Stainless appliances, service for 8, dining room table, and a full size living room with a fireplace, and huge flat screen smart tv. And each of the 4 bedrooms has a flat screen smart TV, plus wifi throughout, so bring your own streaming passwords. You will love your home away from home at Salt Life Estates.
Outside you’ll love our custom designed outdoor travertine patio surrounding the not-to-be-missed in-ground pool, complete with a new Polywood table, swivel chairs, lounge chairs, and Adirondack chairs. Saint Augustine beach, is known to be one of the most beautiful beaches in the northeast of Florida. It’s an expansive white powder beach! You’ll find fisherman, bikers, walkers, surfers, kite boarders, shell gatherers, and of course sun bathers! Further south, 4 wheel drive vehicles are allowed on the beach. St. Augustine city center, less than a half mile of the house, is the most ancient, gorgeous city in Florida...and America for that matter! It hosts restaurants, stunning historic churches, some of the finest art galleries and a myriad of chic boutique shops. The first Friday of every month features an Art Walk, where some galleries even serve refreshments and stay open in the evening. As you walk cobble stone streets you have opportunity to explore history all around you, often hearing church bells. You can sight see through horse and buggy or trolley tours, or just shop til you drop! You will want to return year after year!

All around great clean home, quiet and safe neighborhood, and super indoor and outdoor space for family to relax and enjoy being near the beaches and downtown St. Augustine. Our hosts were very kind and engaged and ensured we had everything we needed. It couldn't have been easier. Very convenient to restaurants, the beach, and downtown St. Augustine. Excellent pool and hot tub space to be outside with premium seating and shade. Plenty of space to cook with everything thought of to prepare meals. All bedrooms were very spacious and comfortable.

This home was amazing. Our family of 8 had plenty of room to enjoy out time together and the location was convenient for all our activities In the area. We have been going to St. Augustine for years and the house was the best of our stays. The beds were wonderful. The pool was a great size the table and chair arrangements worked great. The Kitchen was well supplied with 2 coffee pots, air fryer, pots. pans, dishes, utensils and more. The Grill was new and and easy to use so our steaks and burgers were prefect. Beach chairs and umbrellas were also available and in good condition which helped since we did not bring any. The backyard was private and being a corner lot allowed a view of the public park across the street for the kids to swing and walk the furbaby. We were out each morning exercising with a lot of other Folks so exercising felt safe. You can walk to the Conch house or Taco restaurants, even to historical downtown. It was a very nice place and we hope to stay again when possible. The host/hostess were nice and responsive to questions. There were no issues with our stay and the neighborhood was quiet. the ease of the home and location made this one of the best vacations were have had. Thank you for sharing you place with us!! I can't say it enough, "Our family really enjoyed our stay"!!!
