About this cabin rental

This waterfront a-frame cabin was completely remodeled in 2017. Sleeps seven comfortably, Four bedrooms, 1 downstairs w/ queen size bed, two upstairs bedrooms with 2 twin beds in each and one upstairs with one twin, plus a twin roll away bed is available. 1 1/2 baths, downstairs bath has tile shower while upstairs is a 1/2 bath. Large deck over looking Lake Dardanelle, with a balcony open from upstairs that also is on the lake side. Modern kitchen with granite counter tops and electric range, coffee pot and toaster, utensils, dishes and pots & pans furnished. Cozy reading corner. Dish Satellite, flat screen hd tv, central air and electric heat. Well mannered house broke pets welcome, Plenty of parking with a two car metal carport. Covered boat dock available for use. Eighteen foot fiberglass canoe is available for guest usage, bring your own lifejackets. Nightly fee based on first 4 guests, each additional guests $20.00 per night. Located conveniently to nearby Mount Nebo State Park with hiking trails and playground equipment, less than 5 miles, Mount Magazine State Park, the highest point in Arkansas just 20 mile drive, trails,vistas, Petite Jean State State Park 20 miles, Ozark National Forest just a short drive and Hot Springs National Park with in 2 hours.

Very comfortable, in a good location. Very quiet and peaceful. Early mornings were nice on the deck with a not so distant crow of a Rooster. Although it did take a morning or two to figure out the last cadence of that Rooster! Different! Would highly recommend this location if your hobbies are outdoor activities as there is a ton to do nearby. Have about everything you need within a half hour of this location.

Perfect location for fishing and hiking ! Location is not far from Petit Jean, Mt. Nebo, and easy drive to Mt. Magazine. Me and my boys enjoyed our stay and had a great time. Tom, our host, was very nice and helpful. Easy check in and check out instructions.

Our family and a friend with her daughter spent 3 nights in March for spring break. There was plenty of room and the kids (17, 16, 14, 14 & 8) enjoyed fishing from the dock and the fire pit. We were able to park our jet ski on the covered dock, which was a big plus. The put in is at the Delaware Public Area directly across from the house. There were very few boats on the lake which was nice and the surrounding area was nice and quiet, especially at night. There is very little light pollution so on a clear night you can see a ton of stars.Tom was great to deal with and even brought us a screw driver when we needed one.Would definitely consider staying again

This is really a lovely little cabin nestled in a quiet and peaceful area right on the edge of the lake. It was well stocked with essientials; the owners live next door and were very friendly but respected our privacy. We would definitely stay again!

We stayed there because the Carving Show was in Russellville, which was close by and Mt. Nebo too, which we enjoyed some hiking. Also, we were able to do some fishing at the cabin, have a few campfires. The view was awesome! The owner supplied you with almost everything you needed. We would stay there again.

This property was located in the middle of the Total Solar Eclipse. The property had a very nice area around the fire pit that was perfect for relaxing and setting up to view the eclipse. My family and I enjoyed our stay there. Mr. Phillips and his wife were very nice and helpful.

We stayed for 3 nights with 7 adults. The only down side is all the beds upstairs are twin beds. But we enjoyed fishing off the dock and the wonderful fire pit! The view of the Lake is beautiful. Tom the host was very nice. We would recommend this place.

We had such a nice stay at the A-Frame on Lake Dardanelle. The house is super cute, very clean, nicely decorated & in a beautiful spot. Loved the sunset view from the balcony!! Caught 4 different kinds of fish from the dock. The owner is next door, super sweet & very responsive. It was a plus to be able to bring our dogs & they had room to run & play. We will definitely be back.

Beautiful view and quiet neighborhood. Host lives close by which is a good thing really....they were non-intrusive but available if something came up. The head room would be an issue if you're over 6' going to the second floor. We're short so no problem! Loved having a carport for the motorcycles. Plenty of towels and hot water for 4 adults and breakfast dishes. WiFi worked well downstairs. Would definitely stay again!

The cabin was wonderful and the views were beautiful! Very comfortable and had everything we needed. The host was super nice and very informative about all the places to visit. Caught catfish every day off the dock and because it rained the weather was cooler so gave us a chance to visit Mt Nebo and Petit Jean state park. It was a fun weekend !

It’s cozy but spacious. Just the two of us so we didn’t even use the upper level. Perfect location because we have family right across the lake. Beautiful view; enjoyed sitting on deck looking at the lake. Well supplied with necessities, clean, and comfortable. Definitely recommended for others!
