The Wells St House is 2 blocks from downtown Lake Geneva and the beach. Also 2 bedroom cottage on property available for rent, please inquire.

The address is 512 S. Wells St Lake Geneva, WI. The house and cottage have been short-term lodging for 20 years.
We have hosted many bachelorette and bachelor parties, family reunions, church retreats, ladies weekends and golf outings. We rent on a short-term basis, minimum 2 nights but sometimes 1 night is possible, please inquiry. This is a real business in the City of Lake Geneva. We have a business license under my legal name "Anthony Scalzitti", you can call the City of Lake Geneva business department to verify. We are regulated by the City of Lake Geneva. This is a licensed and legal Vacation rental. Most homes in Lake Geneva that rent for just 2-3 nights are not legal so be sure to ask the homeowner for the address and call the City of Lake Geneva building department and ask for Fred the building Inspector. No worries about complaints from neighbors over here or if you get a little loud. We have parking for 15 cars, boats and trailers welcome. I have been accepting personal checks for over 15 years.

Being a resort destination, I cannot automatically accept a Sat as a check-in, check-out date without paying the weekend rate. Special arrangements can be made so please call or email first.

1 acre property with plenty of room to spread out. If you or another guest decide to rent the additional cottage, it sits in the back of the property 150 feet away from the house with good separation for privacy. The cottage also has its own separate driveway.

The Wells St House has a fully equipped kitchen. Kitchen backdoor leads to enclosed outdoor private patio with propane grill (propane provided) with seating for 15.

1st floor master bedroom with king bed, extra twin and full bathroom with tub/shower.
2nd floor has 3 bedrooms. Master bedroom with queen bed and bathroom with shower. 3rd bedroom has 2 queens with hallway bathroom tub/shower. 4th bedroom has 2 queens with large private bathroom tub/shower.

Beds in total: 1 King, 5 Queens, 2 twins.

Central air conditioning throughout.

Enjoy the covered front porch and the private outdoor patio. You can gather on large lawn to play games or enjoy the big back yard. Plenty of room to play bags, catch, or even a mini-football game!
We provide all linens, blankets, pillows and towels for bathrooms. The house has Wi-Fi. Cable TV and DVD player.
The property is a perfect place to enjoy the outdoors in a clean and safe environment. So bring the family and friends and enjoy yourself.

Use of fireplace will result in loss of security deposit. Fireplace is locked and cannot be used.

NO PROM PARTIES. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Pets are not allowed because so many people have allergies today and we like to advertise a pet-free home.

Great location for 70 something women to explore the area. Easy to walk to lakeshore and downtown. Lots of room and huge table for games and cards into the evening.

Tonys house on Wells was a fabulous find for our family of 12. The house is clean and inviting. Lots of large windows allow light to come in, but, because the yard is wooded, it is very private. It is so lovely and calming! The beds, bedding, and furniture are extremely comfortable. Each bedroom has its own bathroom, which is a real bonus! The kitchen is roomy with a counter which we either sat around to eat breakfast or where we set up the food buffet style when we chose to eat on the large, comfortable patio or the dining room. The kitchen is equipped with every utensil, pot, pan, cookware, and dish a large group would need to prepare and enjoy meals together. Appliances are new. Towels and bathroom tissue are supplied in the bathrooms. The yard is large and lovely. We enjoyed smores by the fire pit, and played badminton and bags which we brought along. The outdoor porch was a wonderful place for us to gather with coffee in the mornings or conversation when taking a break throughout the day. The house is a couple of blocks walk to town and the beach. We truly enjoyed walking together with our children, their spouses,and the grandchildren. So memorable! Tony got back to us immediately when we had any questions. Just a couple of suggestions - There is not a door on the bathroom in the bedroom with one bed. Probably this should be added. Also, a washer and dryer would be a great convenience for the house occupants. We will definitely contact Tony to stay at the Wells house again when we return for another fantastic Lake Geneva vacation!
