Welcome home to your Downtown Bungalow! This charming bungalow is set in the heart of downtown Lake Geneva. One block from the lake, a few blocks from downtown shopping and restaurants; this home is convenient for all your needs. This home is lovable from the exterior and absolutely fabulous on the interior. The primary guest must be over the age of 25. The primary guest is required to sign a rental agreement to stay at the home.

We recently completely renovated a gorgeous home two doors down that is also available to rent. It is a 4 bedroom 3 bath home and sleeps 15.

We also own a home in nearby Williams Bay. It is a 4 bedroom 4 bath home that sleeps 14. It has over 240 five star reviews!! The home was featured in the Experience Wisconsin Magazine article "The Six Coolest Airbnbs Found in Wisconsin".

The home has 5 bedrooms with 2 king beds, 4 queen beds, 2 sets of bunk beds, a queen pullout couch, and a high end queen blowup mattress. There are 3.5 magnificent bathrooms, one with a soaking tub. You will think you are at a spa in these bathrooms! A washer & dryer is located on the second floor, convenient for where most of the bedrooms are, as well as on the lower level. The kitchen is fully equipped with wonderful amenities and is fully stocked with everything you need to cook a large meal. Share stories and laughter over delicious cuisine in the dining room with a 10-person table. The backyard has a gorgeous patio with a gas grill, comfortable outdoor furniture, and plenty of grass for the kids to run around. Did you see the pictures of the front porch? Relax in the wicker chairs or the always popular bench swing! All of the comforts of home while vacationing in this beautiful treasure! Our home is the perfect place to be able to relax and enjoy this gorgeous area and also be able to enjoy the activities just moments away in Downtown Lake Geneva, Williams Bay, Delavan, and Fontana.

Location:
Nothing beats this homes location to everything Lake Geneva has to offer! You're just blocks from downtown with local shops, restaurants, and entertainment. Look for souvenirs at Fancy Fair Mall before dining on seafood at Popeye's on Lake Geneva.
Change into your bathing suit and walk a few blocks to Lake Geneva Riviera Beach for a fun day on the sand! Explore the lake with a tour through Lake Geneva Cruise Line or rent your own boat at Marina Bay Boat Rentals. The public boat launch is just down the street!

Enjoy renowned golf courses and other recreational activities including boating, fishing, skiing, ice skating, sledding, and zip lining. Don’t forget all the festivals and special events!

Bedrooms:
The master is on the main level with three bedrooms are on the second level. The lower level has one bedroom.

Master Bedroom: King Bed | Bedroom 2: Queen Bed | Bedroom 3: Queen Bed | Bedroom 4: Two Queen Beds | Bedroom 5: King Bed with two sets of bunk beds. Additional: Queen Pullout Couch and Queen Air Mattress

Bathrooms:
There are 3 full bathrooms and one half bathroom. The 1st is located right outside the master bedroom on the main level. The larger bathroom with the double vanity and soaking tub is located on the second level with the three bedrooms. The lower level has a half bath and an on suite full bathroom with walk in shower.

Parking:
8 cars can be parked in the driveway of the unit.

Additional Information:
The home does have a fireplace. It does not have a fire-pit. For insurance reasons, guests are unfortunately not allowed to use the fireplace.

Downtown Lake Geneva is truly one of a kind with its quaint shops, restaurants, coffee shops, and bars. There is plenty to do both downtown, on the Lake, and around town.

With the location of this home, you can walk everywhere!! There is plenty of parking with 8 spaces in the driveway to avoid the hassle of having to park downtown Lake Geneva if friends come to visit during your stay!

- Renter must be 25 years of age or older.
- An additional signed rental agreement and $500 Damage Hold is required to confirm your reservation. You will be sent a link after booking to sign the rental agreement and put in your credit card information for the damage hold.
