The interior of our condo is recently remodeled with new kitchen cabinets and apiances, new 50' flat screen TV in the LR, new flat screen master BR, updated furniture throughout, and we have over 1200 square feet of living space!!
We just completed a remodel of both the master and hall bathrooms with a brand new whirlpool bath tub. Kitchen was remodeled 2 years ago with all new appliances

This is a privately owned condo--our only condo-- it's not just a rental property!
The huge living room has a gas fireplace, new queen sofa/sleeper with a new memory foam mattress, love seat, huge leather chair/ottoman and a 50' TV and DVD player.
The dining area has a brand new table that seats 6.
The master BR has a queen-size bed and headboard along with a flat screen TV..
The second BR currently has a queen size bed but we will be changing this to a brand new twin over Queen bunk bed. This will be finished in September or October
The hall bathroom has a huge walk in shower.
The master bedroom bathroom has a brand new jetted Jacuzzi bath tub and shower.
There is a huge hot tub approx. 30 yards from our front door and is for Sundowner 2 guests only. There is also a beautiful indoor/outdoor pool and spa that serves the upper village condo's--its a short walk down the path right behind our condo. This pool/hot tub complex is fantastic and reserved for condo owners in the immediate area--keycard required for entry.

Covered parking keeps the car protected from the snow— there is an elevator that will bring you from the garage to our 1st floor unit--you don't have to walk up or down a single stair in our complex!
We have a private, lockable ski/board storage closet located right outside the front door of our condo. A great place to store all your equipment while you are back 'home'.
We have Xfinity High Speed internet access for all to use.
We are located directly across the street from 4 O'Clock Run - ski in for lunch or at the end of the day...and we are a very short walk to Snowflake Lift. Want to start the day at the Quicksilver six-person ski lift on Peak 9...its a short five minute walk. Or, head to Main Street and be there in less than five minutes!! We are on street level, so you do not have to walk up/down flights of stairs at the end of a long day.
If you would rather take the FREE shuttle to anywhere in town or on the mountain, the town shuttle stops approximately 100 yards from our front door. The shuttle is a local favorite and gets you anywhere on the mountain quickly. There is an app that shows exactly when the next shuttle will arrive--they run every 15 minutes. It will take too the the base camps or to the gondola.

Overall the place was great for our trip. The one shower could have been cleaner, I was always looking for more light in the kitchen, and a few picky items, but overall everything was great. Loved the kitchen, all the hooks for our coats, benches to sit on while gearing up and cozy family room and fireplace to warm up and dry gloves, plus the convenience of having a washer/dryer and the humidifiers to help the dry air. The location was perfect for hopping on the bus to any peak at Breck.

Great location! The owner answered all my questions immediately. The walk to the lift is the morning was easy and short. The trail home is across the street and easy to find. We walked to town for dunner several nights. The walk to the center of town was shorter and flatter than the walk to the lift. We were able to buy groceries and walk home. We could also drive to two different grocery stores. There is a small hot tub just off the center of the buildings and a pool house with several hot tubs was a short walk. The bus stops next to the building and is free. The unit is in great shape and up to date.air was comfortable for the 3 of us, but would be large enough for six. The lower level garge was handy and the car stayed there all week. We would definitely book the home again when we return to Breckenridge!
