Very nice budget Guesthouse, perfect if you are coming for diving to Koh Rong Sanloem, as diving centers are nearby. It has large, comfortable bad and well arranged bathroom. The owners were very nice and you may purchase meals from their restaurant. The stay had good price, so the value for price is simply great.
I really liked stay here so nothing to complain, but I have to write anything in this window. So WiFi was not always working and there is a bar nearby, so it may be noisy. But, the bar was always closed before midnight. The AC is extra paid, but fan was doing well, so did not have to but it.

Great location, we had AC, lovely owners. They have a restaurant underneath which did good food! Good value!
The bed had a dip in it after you sleep in it, so it wasn’t very supportive after that. We were fine with it, but the stairs to get to the room are high and narrow, so not great for accessibility if you’d find that difficult.

Location great, a few metres from the beach and restaurants. The room was comfortable enough for the money.
Very steep metal staircase, not possible if you have any mobility issues.

The house and the room is amazing. Not fully concrete which is perfect for me. I felt the province vibe that I was looking for. I got tired of the noise of the city, high rise buildings and huge establishments. The location also compliments the vibe. Near the beach, ferry port, stores to buy drinks and other stuffs and restaurants. Surprisingly there is free wifi. Mobile data also works well.
